nick slater have been and continue to short valirx to reclaim some of his investment back. And porky is being paid by slater for his huge posts. Whenever anyone slates slater porky appears. My analysis of course. Panu knows this That is why no director buys imho of course.autism has its benefits of course. However i still cannot put a tie on but can calculate second order differential calculus in my head 🫣

Cenko's the house Broker will only take stock in at 4.7p now so I do wonder if they are testing the water to see if they can secure support to place at 5p maybe 4p?

We only have to look to PYC to see the pressures the sector is under with their 50% discounted placing. IF Val end up having to give similar discounts to PYC then we are looking at a 3.35p placing - at that level they might have a chance and get the cash in but realistically we need to see those board changes and cash burn back under control first.

It will be hard to secure say £1.3m of cash at any share price if investors think it will only last 6 mths and its just to feed salaries that's a big issue. Maybe as Adam likes the current board so much and saved all their jobs he might chuck more cash at it to help maintain their lifestyles?

Cathy tralau stewart.
She is executive director of Milner therapeutics institute Which is a department of Cambridge university.
With the Barcelona contract with the university of Barcelona with all their science could cathy have same privilege of unlocking potential from Cambridge science to valirx spv? The synergy is quite interesting.

News flash….
Porky is actually being paid by slater
He paid him to ramp the stock when it was approx 30s and slater was sneaky in top slicing. And hes paying him now to deramp so he can get in at the lowest level possible.slater also using multiple avatars aswell to agree with porkys comments. IP confirmed. Slough 🫣
Thats why porky is putting all out effort in. Ie 3am posts. Hes on good money. Dont know how much but hes got enormous incentive. Suzy also knows this as she has been in talks with lse chat to try and find a solution. Freedom of speech can be a no brainier. DYOR.

As i posted before IMO i think Stella MIGHT buy to help support the next placing, to get it over the line IF she thinks the business and management stable enough and might not end with further dilution, for now she is no idiot (despite her "George Ratner" moment and has clarified her position perfectly:-

And for full clarity here is the “George Ratner” moment from Stella why she wont buy:-
“Does NOT have the management and Stability compared to the other business she is involved with”
“This is NOT a 2 year strategy but a 5 year plus strategy and should the business have the stability to attract my investment or Institutional Investment in the future then well you never know”

Skip to 35mins in the Media City presentation.

Meanwhile:-
And the general view of the rest of the board why they won’t buy either is clarified during the AGM at 37mins:-

Kevin: “Buying shares does not illustrate commitment”
Martin “Regularly we are outside of when we can or can’t Buy Shares”

Quite amazing

So, to conclude: - As I keep saying the current tCRO plan is a long term plan, more funding and more time required, and the business needs to get “stable”

The board know this is a five year plus position from here, will take more cash, possibly multiple further placings, a lot more time.

Buy when Stella does IF its a meaningful amount, has skin in the game. Currently this is a case of "let other people buy shares not me strategy from the board"

Kumar nawani (head of operations at valirx)
Posted on LinkedIn one hr ago entitled “almost two decades and going” I commented..quote “hi kumar, yes very impressive why does stella panu not invest in valirx at the moment? Many shareholders scratching their heads in disbelief really. But congratulations on the science “

Mr kumar gave this comment a thumbs up. Even panu’s colleagues think she should buy maybe 😳

What complete arrogance. Shareholders misled by this seasoned charlatan. DYOR

Just read porkys posts.
Now let it digest think about what porky said then and what he says now. Anyone supporting porky after this is completely deluded… this includes slater the manipulator 🫣
