Reminds me of Sibir energy about 10 years ago. Same thing happened, unauthorised loans to satisfy property interests. Bought at £1.30 - shares suspended at £1.70....company bought out at £5 share. I made a fortune out of it.

The guy who supposedly authorised the loan is S Kononov who is President of the 'management company' - Urals Energy LLC ( managing petrosakh) but isn't on the BOD of the overall Urals Energy company. To answer your final question Darren. Kononov is the representative of Adler SA. So I would imagine that they are fully aware!

Why are Adler not kicking up a fuss about this? Why are the current BODs still in their jobs???

Why would 1.5million having such an effect on cashflow is what I want to know?

We received netback $8.5million from the last shipment in July and we have a shipment that will provide a further $13.4million, at today's prices, next month!

That's not including the monies from Pet + Art refineries either!
