12/10/2018 13:24 | Agreed Darren. They could be accused of working this to get in very cheap. So it would be a no no. | chavitravi2
12/10/2018 12:53 | they may be daft/incompetent in not having correct checks in place to stop the laon/selling of shares in the port but they cant buy shares when the have sensitive information, repercussions from this wouldn't be worth it. | darren81
12/10/2018 12:43 | I get your point but would they care? ,there daft enough to let $1.5m go walkies. | martyn9
12/10/2018 12:34 | I'm guessing because the are privy to sensitive information related to the last RNS they can't buy any shares. | darren81
12/10/2018 12:31 | Again darren and apologies for reiterating, but surely this is a buying opportunity for the BOD to at least show confidence and stability? so why have they not bought at yesterday's lows!! | martyn9
12/10/2018 12:14 | Added some more this morning - I'm confident this is just a temporary glitch and I'm using it as buying opportunity. More funds available at end of month for a bigger top up but I doubt the issue will still be outstanding by then. One upside to this RNS is that it's brought the company to the attention of a much wider audience. I agree with chav, that off the back of this, there will be a scramble for shares once the RNS, stating the loan repaid and divi will be paid, is released. I would say we'll be much higher than we would've been without the last RNS. | darren81
12/10/2018 09:44 | As I said yesterday, over the last two days there has been more buy than sell and if there is continued buying now this can only go back to week start. Stating the obvious I know but if by this time next week they rns this is sorted and divi is back on there could be a right scramble for shares. | chavitravi2
12/10/2018 08:40 | I don't think so mate, too much production, and despite their crazy board I think south dagi is a gen | gregpeck7
12/10/2018 08:34 | I've better things to do greg than argue with you but certain brokers will. o/t this surely can't go the way panr did? | martyn9
12/10/2018 08:27 | Where would you shirt it with any volume mate? Most places won't let you short stocks like this as there is nowhere to borrow the equity... | gregpeck7
12/10/2018 08:24 | Sorry but to a point i think it is greg, anyway i'm positive it will be sorted but a long timeframe.imo | martyn9
12/10/2018 08:20 | I don't think this is bing shorted mate... | gregpeck7
12/10/2018 08:19 | Easily as shorters will panic and close. | martyn9
12/10/2018 08:18 | Imo they will sort this out and the current price, even for uen is ridiculously cheap. | gregpeck7
12/10/2018 08:17 | looks like we could test 60p today if this continues | lalria
12/10/2018 08:16 | Wise buy at the price neft. I'm sure this will get sorted albiet slowly and back to 80p ish. | martyn9
12/10/2018 08:07 | Actually I bought 19,000 yesterday. Even YEN has to bounce back a little from yesterday's fiasco)) | neftanik
12/10/2018 07:52 | I see a slight drop by the mm's again before the start, yet more buys than sells over the past two days. | martyn9
12/10/2018 07:50 | Don't give up your daytime job as a de-ramper neft!! :) | martyn9
12/10/2018 06:43 | A man went to the butchers and said he wanted some of the beef on the top shelf. The butcher said sorry, you can't, the steaks are too high | neftanik
11/10/2018 20:18 | Ps as far as Cats go you appear more like the slow slovenly spoilt Sheba type the the quick dynamic Bengal variety.. maybe you should change your name to kitty Kat? | gregpeck7
11/10/2018 20:16 | Bengal if they were going to suspend it would have happened.. they will be working behind the scenes to clear this up, it does nobody any good.. you are clearly wanting in... 50p is a good entry point just buy tomorrow.. i suspect you missed the low. | gregpeck7
11/10/2018 19:39 | this is what was written in the rns dated 28 sept 2018 I still be leave that the company are like the rest of us thinking the m,m,s are taking the p... by dropping the share price to this . the value of the company has not dramatically changed just the perception . what happens if we receive an rns over the next day or two to say it was just a misunderstanding the only ones who have won are the m,m,s never beleave all you read | defender3
11/10/2018 19:24 | Mr Andrew Shrager, Chairman, commented: "The results for the first half of 2018 have been affected by a combination of lower production volumes as we see the continued natural decline of our production at Petrosak, increased production taxes, and having to hold large stocks valued just at cost, as our first tanker was not loaded until after the period end. Nevertheless, EBITDA was positive at over US$1 million, and even after some US$5 million of capital expenditure, our term debt position remains comfortable." "The most important events of the period were the successful work over of well No 7 and the potential discovery well No 1 at South Dagi, which should progressively help to offset the decline at Petrosak. The acquisition of a shareholding in the most important port on Sakhalin Island is part of the strategy. The objective for this investment is to secure the future of our refinery at Petrosak, improving throughput and margins, which we expect to see over the coming months." "We have initiated a plan that could allow us to acquire our own fracking fleet for Articneft and continue to investigate partnerships to develop our Komi reserves and resources." "We remain confident that we can build a long term future for the Company, but believe that shareholders should share in our results, and so are pleased to confirm the intention to propose at the AGM in November that a dividend should be paid for the period to 31 December 2017 that is equivalent to last year's dividend." | defender3 |
