True chav, i'm sure petraco will back us all the way in view of our history with them and 5% above libor rate on loans,money for old rope!!

I sometimes think people forget the shipments are only half our income. I think we will be ok. Our arrangements with the bank and Petraco will see us through and course no concern for a placing.
Hopefully we will.get more oil from the 2 new wells soon not to mention going into old ones. I'm sure we will be fine and divi 'reinstated.

I think the loan will prob just get deferred for a few months if we haven't resolved it by the time it is due

Yeah Martyn - No placing will be required. If we gain short term financing it will show the markets that we are a going concern and all the recent issues hasn't effected the ability to raise credit and that the creditors believe all will be sorted.

In addition to this we have a large payment from the tanker coming in so this will be back up soon enough hopefully.

Yep some will have gone to the port,not sure of how much nett fiqure we are left with but positive imo enough to tide us through until the next shipment in november?

Yes that money isn't shown, like you say it came in after the accounts were taken up.
Some has in all probability has gone on this port deal.

Not a bad day. Just needs a few good buys tomorrow and good new early next week to push it back up. Lets hope if it is good news it isn't their usual short and vague stuff. A clear and concise in depth statement needs to be made together with any updates would help.

I'm sure adler would want this sorted out quickly as the sting in the tail is approx $350,000 in a dividend payment.Far quicker than letting the bod pursue it by whatever means.

Makes me sick this shares does some times - All these buys in the afternoon are we expecting news which normally drops in the afternoon and people in the know getting in.
