25/10/2017 15:56 | Price is fixed at issue of bill of lading. If the tanker hasn't moored yet they can't have a spot rate yet | neftanik

24/10/2017 16:33 | wanna brew, Kononov is not on the BoDs, he's President of UE LLC, which manages the Russian businesses, including controlling their finances. I think you're correct, the BoDs did say something about RS, but my understanding is that he's a front man. Kononov pulls the strings - he was Chairman of Transnational Bank (until it went bust). But I don't expect anyone to take the word of a poster on a BB, a bit of digging on Kononov may add something to the mix. At least he's contactable, whereas RS isn't. I'd certainly be happier if Kononov was on the BoDs where he could (technically) be outvoted rather than having the largest shareholder running the actual businesses - what could possibly go wrong! | amargosa
24/10/2017 15:09 | Good question Neft And why pay £2.40 a share and sit back and watch it go to 60p? for a 5p a share divi??? | tone the bone1

24/10/2017 13:20 | ArmagosaCheck the detail of Adler. Adler is an investment vehicle for Roman Schvets. This is stated by UEN BOD. The gentlemen you mention is Schvets representative. If you or I had 45% I guess we would want a representative. I would need to check again but I'm pretty sure he is a non-exec member. | wanna brew
24/10/2017 11:53 | A complete orchestated fix from consolidation in favour of adler etc for dividend rewards. | martyn9
24/10/2017 11:42 | Anyone got access to his email address? | looneytune
24/10/2017 11:27 | Sergey Kononov, who owns Adler, is the President of Urals Energy LLC (effectively controlling the Company, including its finances). He should be contactable through the normal channels. | amargosa
24/10/2017 11:09 | I think Adler paid about 12p x20 = £2.40 a share in todays comparison. Wasn't there a Adler non exec on the board or advising ? .I'd love to meet him and see how he is feeling about the last 6 months decline back to rock bottom value. | tone the bone1 |
