I believe that whilst a minimum of 21 working days notice is required to call an AGM, only 14 working days required to announce the actual resolutions. If I'm correct on that basis latest for them to make resolutions public would be 23rd Oct, if I've counted the days right.

That 38750 sell was a late trade from 8.34am. That's why the big drop first off.
Whoever got 64p a share for his sell.

Unless there is more large sell after that earlier one I reckon the price will hold or even go up if there is a few buys.

Back from my hols. and yes we do indeed have charts in our new bb abode.
Alas they don't seem to reflect my wishes.
This has all been so disappointing since our shareholders meeting.

That kind of post popping up out the blue does give me HOPE !! that something more is happening here. There are certainly some very unusual big trades .. mind probably later basem will pop up and claim them

1 trade there 775000 in old money.

I know I'm banging a drum but is there more to this AGM called 2 months in advance when RNS'd we were advised that 'further announcements and documents due ' Well where are they ? Are they still due and are they of the corporate nature that I've suggested possible.

Well at least they have a achieved 1 objective of the consol, spread is just 1p now.

Now what did I say about consolidation to those who welcomed it !!!

Lets just hope there is more behind it than they have said so far.

I find the entire consolidation a red herring, the meeting earlier in the year with some of the PI's was simply an opportunity to apply spin about the Company. To watch it fall back is painful. Especially considering the Company was quick to put out a note about knowing no reason for the rise a few months ago. It stinks!

Conversely I think tomorrow will be fine. It wasn't a brilliant RNS but it wasn't poor either, there's plenty of value there.

Chav,No doubt there will be more sellers. Not that impressed myself by the RNS. Their efforts at drilling new wells is abysmal. Just have to wait and see if there is buying before the Ex-Dividend date. Probably more negativity tomorrow.
