getting $0.062 per share dividend is only good is the share price doesn't fall by more than 6 cents

A high yielding but falling share price is no good. At least now there is a payment date, so one would imagine the ex-div date could be around that of the AGM.

If all else fails, play the market makers at there own games and have a topup instead. After all, as we all know, the stock is cheap and is yielding 6%.

Not really unexpected Greg - Traders will always take profits on the announcement of news after buying on the expectation.

Basem1 - I presume some or all of those sells are yours?

Well nothing corporate there then. Probably labouring this point now but wording of previous RNS announcing "further announcements and documents" That remark seems very overstated if all they intend, are resolutions to pass divi and agree accounts. Are we still awaiting " further announcements " or what ?

Spuding the new well by end of next month and plan to work on existing wells there sounds good as well as putting Jack pumps to work at Articneft on several wells.
They sure mean to go for it all in one by the look of it hence the borrowing.
The divi looks to be about 4.5p a share for Christmas which will be nice.

December dividend, production over 2000 bopd and a huge payday coming. Thanks oil price. Has to start moving now.If they could ramp up to 3,000 bopd now we are really laughing.

Always thought it was a manipulated drop... tiny buys pushing the share price up.. they just took it as low as they could and bored a load of people out. Probably didn't mean to let so much Stock go down here. Specially with results tomorrow.
