Not true. The RNS says 14p for all the issued and to be issued share capital. So warrants holders don't miss out unless they sell their shares lower than the offer price.

All these warrant holders exercising are making massive killing with no risk.Why would someone want to buy greenfield project for 170m with no proven oil.Someone needs to investigate the bid and why board thinks it significantly undervalues company.

The latest practical date prior to the disclosure was 20/10/2023. The disclosure took place on 23/10/2023 at 07:00. Mr Allen holds 3.31% so he is a major shareholder. However he was not on the share register for September 2023 as below. I would conclude he bought his stock on 23/10/2023 probably from one of the warrant holders in advance of the exercise date of 24/10/23.

All the 200k upward trades appear to be late reported sells. There are too many sells of this size and above since the offer news to have been bought by mug PIs. It does appear to me a there may only be one or two buyers picking up the warrant stock.
