The new CEO seems to be delivering, I made a handsome profit here before and may well get back in for another turn of the wheel.

David Stredder is quite a shrewd cookie. Glad to have him on board. Not sure where you gentleman are based by he organises an investor’s evening on the third Monday of every Month in Beckenham (South – East London). Have been to two of them and both were enjoyable.

Many thanks Lanz, I have read the short article I would feel that he bought 6+m shares in UNG because he feels UNG are a growth Company for the future.

Yes large holding indeed, also yesterday the following announcement:-
Universe (AIM:UNG.L) was notified today that, following a purchase of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Mr. David Stredder is now interested in 6,650,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Who is David Stredder but nice to see.
UNG are IMHO progressing nicely, my research is telling me that the Owners and Insiders own about 100m shares which leaves about 120m shares owned by private investors and MM`s. UNG have a ROCE ratio of 65.75 which is a high return indeed and bodes well for the future all IMHO.

Yes a nice update. I assume this project was factored into forecasts but encouraging that new tech has apparently bedded in well. Bodes well for the Valero contract etc so we're hopefully on plan to meet or beat the bumper H2 forecast. Time will tell...

well your timing was pretty good;

Universe (AIM: UNG.L), a leading developer and supplier of point of sale, payment and on-line loyalty systems, is pleased to announce the successful completion of a major roll-out of its a new point of sale ('POS'), back office ('BOS') systems and Gemini Payment Service ('GPS') across 228 sites for Motor Fuel Group ('MFG'), the UK's second largest independent petrol retailer

Last time the directors where issued share options, when it came to exercise these options the share hit it´s target price. Just look at the spike to 8p last year and now back down again to the current 5p.

Agreed. I'd be more than disappointed if the price had 'only' risen to that level that far out...spud

Boadicea - normally means the closing price. Personally I think 9.5p in 3 years is far to low, maybe 12p as 12p I think is an easily achievable share price within 3 years.

Interesting figure, 9.5p.
It seems to couple medium term optimism with anticipation of some market resistance at the psychologically important 10p level.
However, I would be reasonably happy with that outcome while, of course, hoping for better.

Just one query - Does the share price have to be at or above 9.5p on the third anniversary or is an unmaintained spike up to 9.5p before that time sufficient to qualify?

Interesting incentive for the directors 3,903,000 share options:-

The Options have an exercise price of 5.5p and may be exercised only if the Company's share price is at or above 9.5 pence per share within three years of the award. The Options expire on the tenth anniversary of grant.

All sells being bought. We still have a very active accumulator putting a floor under the price. I might just have to buy some more if this continues :-)spud

Encouraged that Morrisons appear to have gone with the 'Match & More' loyalty card which should ensure they remain a major customer of HTEC.
