Good spot "dav" I just listened to the broadcast. I have held these a very long time and I have never felt more confident that UNG can deliver. I hold 100,000 UNG shares and confident that my investment will give good returns IMHO how long would not speculate.

Universe (AIM:UNG.L), a leading developer and supplier of point of sale, payment and online loyalty systems, announces that on 24 August 2015, Mr A R Blazye purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.5p per Ordinary Share.

MRW have decided to simplify their Loyalty Scheme, removing the price match but introducing a more widely used points per £ spend type system. This will come into effect on 2nd November so may provide a little extra conversion work in H2.

loganair.....Universe Group are in a growth phase where they are taking on big long term contracts with big retailers often household names.

Those customers are less likely to commit their future payment systems, loyalty schemes and data collection etc to a company that does not have a sound balance sheet or one that may need to take on significant external funding to meet the needs of a contract. I therefore hope Universe refrain from temptation to pamper to requests from income seeking institutions and maintain the balance sheet strength that clients will be looking for.

Dividends may come but not for a couple of years yet I suspect....and I would expect that by then our strength in winning so many contracts will be much more the driver of the share price and possibly a bid so that dividend may never come to play. Which do you prefer ? ....A 2% dividend each year or 40% annual growth in the share price with knockout bid at 32p in 2017. It may be a scenario completely different but you get my drift !

I think the board are guiding this ship pretty well and know what is needed.

Universe have now been in profit for 3 years, I wonder how much longer we have to wait until they start to pay a small dividend. I have my fingers crossed for next year, but some how I doubt it.

IMHO I cannot see why their will not be more announcement from other Retailers. UNG have products that Large retailers seem to want and are prepared to commit large amounts of money to install. A question in my mind is how big do the management of UNG want to be i.e. oversees retailers.
