16/7/2014 16:29 | A modest number of small sells, more than mopped up by two significant buys recently - a £15k buy on Friday and another £4k today. Looks like stale small punters drifting away and more objective buyers moving in. I take it as a message to sit tight and be patient. I suspect that anyone wanting a significant number will find they soon move the price against them. | boadicea
11/7/2014 11:50 | Yes certainly looking well placed for a leg up now that the selling appears to have largely dried up.spud | spud
10/7/2014 10:02 | davidosh-The board, the usual professionals and about five others including me. Interestingly I put a proposal to the board to consolidate the shares on a 1 for 10 basis with a view to attempting to reduce the wide spread that investors are presented with when dealing.Small holders with less than say £50 worth of stock would be paid out in cash. There was more than a bit of sympathy for this proposal but I think more investors will need to state their case before any decision is made. | thorne3

09/7/2014 18:38 | Market is stable and quiet with no pressing sellers. Forming a firm base for a move on next news which could be significant in such a thin market if is good. Those likely to be interested might well consider adding gently now to be ahead of any rush. | boadicea
09/7/2014 15:44 | Thorne3.....thanks as unfortunately I had to miss the Agm as there were too many on that day. I think there were five that morning from memory. How many were at the Agm ? | davidosh
09/7/2014 15:34 | I attended the AGM recently and was impressed by what I heard.Jeremy Lewis gave a very good presentation which highlighted the very significant amount of development work that is ongoing with respect to new business both national and international. Some contracts are expected to be signed before the year end.In summary my own gut feeling is that this year will be one of consolidation and investment prior to a period of considerable growth.A little more patience is required therefore before the UNG share price cranks up again.Further acquisitions continue to be appraised but most of these continue to be rejected either because they are too expensive or simply do not fit.I continue to be satisfied that UNG will be a very much larger business in 5 years time. | thorne3
03/7/2014 22:37 | Solid buying today. Let's see if we can garner some support to get us above 6p as a first step.spud | spud
29/6/2014 22:55 | Spud - Not quite at your confidence level yet but it looks a good option at the current share price and I have more funds to apply if it confirms its ability to grow. The main criterion will be confirmation that the managements targets continue to be achieved - or exceeded. | boadicea
25/6/2014 08:05 | Oversold IMO. Taken another 50k. Now holding 400k.spud | spud
24/6/2014 17:25 | I noted that the directors have bought before but in the case of the FD it has only been small beer ie a couple of £3k lumps and nothing more. | red army
24/6/2014 16:51 | red army - The share was cheap in the first place but with an unwarranted sell-off caused by nothing more than a 'cautious' update it is now very cheap. I thought a buying opportunity might come later as boredom set in but we appear to have it now so, like you, I have increased (doubled) my holding which is showing as a sell. The interesting 'Wexboy' link helped me make up my mind. I normally expect mm's to keep a fairly level book in UNG and re-working the probable by/sell attributions (e.g. all the later 5.1p+ transactions are known to be 'buys') that is what it comes out to. It will be interesting to see if we now get any director purchases. | boadicea
24/6/2014 12:24 | Have just added to my position as IMHO these are now in "cheap" territory. | red army

24/6/2014 09:59 | Is anyone going to the Agm today ? | davidosh
24/6/2014 09:49 | I often wonder who writes these things. I would only say that they have historically been cautious in their announcements and then over achieved. I guess if they said things in the first half were better than expected they think Mr Market may get ahead of itself when they still have a lot to do for a good year. For now I back the Chairman as the new CEO is not yet blooded. | ironstorm
24/6/2014 09:34 | That's an excellent potentially meaningless sentence. | shanklin
24/6/2014 09:11 | "The current period has seen further progress in establishing the Group's new products into existing and new customers" | red army
24/6/2014 08:59 | IS, If that's true I wonder why they put eyeore in charge of writing the RNS. The tone & content of the RNS reminded me of the last but one XAR trading update, where they basically said things were going OK'ish but left scope in the more recent update to say that things were in fact going much worse than that... ...and that they were now ex-growth. All IMHO, DYOR. Cheers, Martin | shanklin
24/6/2014 08:54 | If this drops much lower then a good time to add IMHO as the market cap hovers around £10m with the prospects of £2m profit. They are clearly going to offer a tough statement for the first half and then hopefully seal those orders for the second half. Could this be an attractive company to buy??? | red army
24/6/2014 08:50 | Wexboy has a good write-up of these (today) prior to the Statement. He makes the point that revenues were expected to fall because Project work was unlikely to stack up to last years. And yet revenues are in line with last year. Does that make us ahead of expectations? Would be good to hear what is said at the AGM if anyone is going? | ironstorm
24/6/2014 08:41 | Not at all enthused by today's warning of a warning. | shanklin
24/6/2014 07:48 | AGM Statement today - Slightly cautious tone in terms of "uncertain timing". Performance will probably be flat (or sagging due to impatience) until anticipated roll-outs are confirmed. | boadicea
05/6/2014 18:47 | You are not alone Hezza - I picked up my first position this morning too easily and it shows as a sell. There is someone offloading. Perhaps I am too late to join the party, but on my figures there is still 50% upside from current p/e of 11. Didn't Finncap up their target from 10p to 12p? AGM 24th June 2014. | lanzarote666 |
