I blame GP2.

From the placing RNS I think the new shares will be listed from tomorrow, Tues 22ns, so there will then be a whopping 19.8 Billion (thousand million)shares in issue. Is it time for a consolidation maybe?

my understanding is that anyone who has a holding that isnt exactly divisible by 200 will either receive a payment for the 1 to 199 shares or will have the amount written off if the company deems it uneconomic to make a payment for such small amounts

I don't have him confused. The thing is to be careful what you retweet just because someone shares some of your views.
Anyway , enough of this. Back to slagging DB off.

That wasn't the reason. The reason was to make the total shares in issue divisible by 200. In practice it doesn't work though , as not all individual holdings are divisible by 200.

the point of issuing 75 shares is to ensure the number of shares in issue is divisible by 200, nothing to worry about :)

Bramhill worried about losing 75 shares at 0.17p = 13p ! Has he got Dementia?

For Gods sake David take it out of expenses it would cost us a lot less in time wasted on that!

this doesnt smell right to me, the only significant reason I can think of for a consolidation is to facilitate another placing later in the year, but what would would they need the money for?

Think all shareholders should vote by Proxy against these proposals get onto to your broker instruct them to vote against the consolidation

I found the interview, 30.11.2020 Proactive (first interview after placing)

listen to what DB says about shares and liquidity from 34:20 to 36:00

"OUR LIQUIDITY IS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT"

(sp was 0.14 then, 0.16 now)

It is excellent, long overdue news.

Clearly leaked again, hence the large sells over the past few days. For that reason, we should also consider a new broker and NOMAD. I'd like a shareholder vote on that as well, please #UJO

DB has mentioned consolidation in a previous interview, but it sounded like it was a long way off... bit like 'fully funded' ?

It's down to the news flow and how good the EWT numbers reveal, if it's as good as they keep indicating then the share price should appreciate , and On progressing of their other assets like Wressle and Biscathorpe.

But it the news dries up then yes the share price will decline!

Over to you .. DAVID.
