SM22 (did you know💭㈑3;)...within the Insolvency framework...if a director “has intention to liquidate”...he will be found guilty by HM Insolvency Team...and get STUCK OFF as director of any company that he not be able to hold ie director disqualification

I just wished such a control measure & the same safeguard was put in place if a “listed company” was to ever to reverse split/or share consolidate 🙇‍a94;️💭💭😉😇

Ie if any director (wishing to excerise this “poison chalice” option...to guarantee future success of a “going concern” entity...at the detriment to older shareholders)...should be AUTOMATICALLY “DISQUALIFIED” from serving that post, and not be allow to be continued !
