Good to happen now and the best idea is to round shares owned up to an even divisible number of 200 then no problem & finish with shares at 3.+p to 4p each.

Anyone who has odd number of shares will lose the odd one, but taken there will be thousands of shareholders there will be thousands of shares lost in the ether.

Share consolidation. Net effect on holders should be zero shouldn't it? Current value of each share would equate to around 33p afterwards?

ARRGGHH not a share consolidation!

Expect to lose about 15% in value (based on past experience).

Don't like shareholders being excluded from the meeting either. Allows to much room for shenanigans to take place imo. Zoom meeting would be fairer.
