Things are looking interesting at GEX. Reverse takeover of proven assets, Helium wells located in Australia. License obtained. Low risk of re-entering old producing wells. Off-take agreement with Harlequin Energy for refining and transportation of hydrocarbon & helium when they're extracted. Gex gets paid at the well-head. Asset estimated to worth £5billion. Company have plan to admitted onto the main FTSE market CEO have invested £2.5 million of his own money. Small number of free float shares. Fully funded programme to start in Q4.

A takeover bid seems certain to me. Where the share price goes from here is difficult to call.

i'd stick ya money in block energy..only £8m market cap and producing loads of oil and gas...debt free generating improving cashflow and takeover target

i think there could be a takeover...this is insane volume...got to be BP accumalating and shore capital helping them..only explanation

volume will be double fridays...suggest takeover...lenigas said years ago that the big boys would take over ukog...sanderson has completed most of it now so hand the reins over to BP or the like...takeout price fair value around 13p
