Remember Pennpetro Energy, the latest jam tomorrow venture from Lenigas who farmed in to:

"fund 100% of a new crestal infill production well, designated Horse Hill-3 ("HH-3"), to be spudded after the completion of a PPP 100% funded ~12 square km high-definition 3D seismic survey (the "Farmout Programme"), subject to an aggregate cap of £4.6 million."

Well they are in the process of being struck off. How long before UKOG is in the same process?

JT Yes, they are cheats and liars, really just modern day robber Barons. FCA should not allow such people to act as Directors of public companies but, as we know, they are part of the problem, totally ineffective and turning a blind eye to pretty much everything. The NOMAD system doesn't work as they are just as bad and have a vested interest in keeping the laundromat operating, as do the City of London Barrow Boys facilitating foward selling of placings and loan conversions etc.

In view of the managements’ shocking performance on some of these AIM companies, it seems to me that the Directors should forgo salary once the market cap falls below their combined salary bill and be replaced by deferred shares. Then, if the Directors thought they’d never get the share price back to the value of their combined salaries, they might be more interested in pulling the plug and leaving whatever’s left to the shareholders, rather than taking ridiculously expensive loans and paying them off with ridiculously expensive share placings in order to continue paying themselves until the company is suspended, worthless. I don’t believe that the UKOG and Vast managements, among others, don’t realise that the game is up.

Never liked W H Ireland, always regarded them as dodgy, which is why a lot of AIM Lifestyle companies used them. I also wouldn't allow the same company to operate as NOMAD, Company Broker and Market Maker (Manipulator). Far too much scope for dodgy stuff, such as foward selling placings and pay day loan conversions, which of course, is exactly what's been going on with UDOG.

Next fund raise will be well before christmas, around half of the net proceeds will be used to settle Riverfort, I give them to September at best. They had £703,000 balance on Trade and Other payables at the last interims and their cash flow is negative, go figure.

UK Oil & Gas bailout placing but its still going to have to place again well before Christmas
£500,000 gross (let’s call it £460,000 net) raised at just 0.015p. How the mighty are fallen. Do you remember the shares trading at 10p+ at peak Horse Hill ramp. But shareholders should be aware that even with this placing, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) will be technically insolvent within a few months.
