Also 10 July RNS gives the timeline for Government funding.."The remaining funds will be used directly to further the Company's material hydrogen storage projects by enabling the completion of necessary internal and external technical studies and reports required as part of an application for government Revenue Support in a first allocation round, currently scheduled to commence in Q3 2024 and complete by year end (see RNS 29th May and 27th June 2024)."."The funds will also permit the Company to fully prepare and engage with further prospective strategic partners to seek, as a minimum, Letters of Support (" LOS") along the lines of those recently furnished by Sumitomo and SGN, such LOS being a necessary requirement for any successful allocation award (see RNS 29th May and 27th June 2024)."

The Market Cap is still only £1.59m. That's the valuation for a shell company, nothing for the Hydrogen Storage is factored in..Should easily be a £150m company if the Hydrogen Storage gets Government funding

The Hydrogen Storage is what's behind the rise IMVHO. Government funding is sure to come in under this Labour Government as Hydrogen Storage for wind power is in their manifesto..From the recent results RNS:.This interim period has been a reflection of our diverse spread of interests, with positive and encouraging activity surrounding the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, UK Energy Storage Ltd ("UKEn") in Dorset. UKEn plans to create a significant 3 Terawatt hour ("TWh", equivalent to c. 1 billion m³) hydrogen storage facility in underground salt caverns as a key strategic element of the UK's future hydrogen energy infrastructure..UKEn's Dorset project has the potential to provide the hydrogen storage needs for the Solent Cluster and Southern England and, if delivered, would be a key enabler for the decarbonisation of an area projected by National Grid to consume 56% of the UK's hydrogen demand by 2040..Our new Yorkshire project concept has a similar planned strategic storage capability to serve both the nascent Humber and Teesside hydrogen clusters, being a co-located salt cavern site close to these future expected high hydrogen demand areas. It is also within pipeline reach of Sumitomo's planned 590 Megawatt Bacton hydrogen plant via the proposed Project Union pipeline system.

"UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) is pleased to announce that it has fully repaid the balance of the convertible loan facility with RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Ltd and, as a result, the Company is now debt free."

ShareCoinSanderson just can't help misleading investors can he, saying they are debt free is simply not true, unless he's found over £3 million from somewhere and paid the other borrowings or the other parties have written them off, but UKOG hasn't informed market. FCA should sort him out.

At the last interims to 31st March 2024 Borrowings stood at £3.8 m and the CLN Balance then was £0.66 m, so that left £3.14 m owed as Borrowings, which is debt. This is money owed by the subsidiary company, HHDL to Doriemus of £572,239 and to Alba Mineral Resources of £2,541,338 as at 30th September 2023 in the Annual Report.

Besides which, what is the cash position of UKOG now? We don't know exactly but I estimate it will only give a month's cash runway at best.
