there are case studies online where rogue traders bought large amount of stock and ramped it via bulletin baords and the culprit was fined.

there is also software that targets and reports shareprice manipulation, discussion, ramps etc on bulletin boards.

the software can be bought by companies or individuals and monitors price pumping and company lying by promoters and speeding tickets brought on by ramping.

you do not need to explain your reason to post of any site, just as you dont need a reason to explain why you comment in any comments section in any publication online.

folk comment as prob do with the same reason as i do, as they have a genuine strong feeling and want to express their opinion.

that then creates thought and debate.

without thought and debate, folk become very blinkered and conformation bias sets in, very very strongly.!!

ps Log Head, yeah i've been disappointed with PREM's performance, 3 updates and and my shed load at 4.1p is in the red, although as you well know, things could change in a blink, and so i'm still hopeful of a decent rise there...in the meantime picked up £20k's worth of MSYS in a few deals and nicely in profit....could be a stellar riser imho...£4.2m cash in the bank and only 181m shares and a market cap of £6m..watch this space. Gla Holders....news from BB coming, massive upside if BB's flow replicates HH's. ;-)

if folk stopped buying these pump and dump lifestyle minerla stocks they would soon disappear from AIM and chatrooms and folk would actually see steady reliable longterm growth in their isa or sipp.

and not up and down like a rollercoaster depending on what artist has manipulated it into the next shortterm pump and dump or the next round of fundraising or next exercise or options by the CEO.

wise up folk, get away as far away as possible from these stocks, imo.

tbh, i dont see why people are buying this stock, it has no real future or revenue or profits.imo

no pension or fund managers want know about it.

if you want to use your brain, buy stocks that have huge worldwide audience that no one is doing at the moment.

for example if you had bought into say LendingTree at $1.70 a few years back , it is now $345.

that blows ukog growth out of the water and hasnt really fell at all in the last 2 years.

start researching, stop guessing, and buy companies that need very little capital outlay.

trying to explain that investing requires many many hours of research is exceeding difficult to b board folk who just say long and strong or whoop whoop.

stop buying the top most chatted about pump and dump mineral exploration stocks on chatrooms,

go and buy some books on investing and stop lining advfn pockets!!

why, as they are the ones with no real revenue, and are simply a wing and a prayer that amateur investors own, because they cant afford to pay £345 dollars a share let alone undertand what a W-8BEN form is.!!

PREM looks to me like just another ramped up African resource company floated on AIM. The same old story of huge potential which will never happen. Same types of mugs keep buying their lottery tickets which all end up in their bottom draw. The printing presses will keep printing new stock their as long as mugs are around to buy it.

Market cap too small to short. Perfect for MM and the other boiler room gang to get behind and ramp. Just as here in UKOG when their ramping hits maximum you can be sure they'll be selling to move on to the next one. MM hardly posts here now because he's sold and moved on to the next one. WTD and AMR bought into the ramp largely because they are new to AIM resource shares. Hopefully they'll know better next time.
