these tiny stocks promoted by folk here that they think will have many high future profits has one major fault.

the EMS daily set trade is so low it is around £1000, thus it is impossible to unload, eg sell your holding easily.

it can only be done via a illegal ramp on aday with huge volume. otherwise its a lobsterpot stock.

even the best trader i know of , "the naked trader" robbie, says he will never ever buy a stock below £20 mill cap and never buy a mineral spec stock, why

as they are lifestyle stocks, easily manipulated and the EMS is so so low, it prevents you from selling any gains at any time you want.

basically if you state on a public website that you recommend that a stock is a buy and you sell at the same time, that is market manipulation.

that is what the law says.


the only safe way is to buy it yourself and keep buying and not sell in order to prove your promotions were justified and you didnt promote for self benefiting reasons,.

eg selling at same time ,whilst promotion of the said stock.

there are case studies online where rogue traders bought large amount of stock and ramped it via bulletin baords and the culprit was fined.

there is also software that targets and reports shareprice manipulation, discussion, ramps etc on bulletin boards.

the software can be bought by companies or individuals and monitors price pumping and company lying by promoters and speeding tickets brought on by ramping.
