UKOG IMO should never have listed on AIM, why

because if it was private and funded by venture capitalists it wouldnt suffer the same massive ups and downs,as it is so illiquid, and it wouldnt have needed to go to bucket shops for finance.

the pi wouldnt have been left holding the baby after the rise and fall to 11p.

it would steadily get on drilling and finding oil, if lucky.

then if it was a failure the venture capitalist would have lost, not joe bloggs amatuer investor.

if it was a success the venture capitalist investors ipo it a huge price many years later.

the numerous aim oily spec stocks come to aim, cos the risk is just super huge,and many are a lifestyle companies, like any resource stocks.

and who benefits, the ceo with his wage, options, market makers with their commissions,the traders that pump and dump it,

who loses the long and strong guys.

no wonder david lenigas said AIM is toxic.

The deals on either side (@ 3.67 & 3.68) of that trade were SELLS, so how can a trade @3.74p be a SELL ?

I dont think it overall matters if it was a buy or a sell, what we need to do here is understand we are dealing with AMATUER INVESTORS verus professional traders and normal share predicted movements in oil spec stocks.

oil spec stocks rise sharply based on hype and excitment, even without profits or proof of a CPR competant persons report.

once the intial traders have used this excitment they sell up.

the next wave is the oil find final flowtest.

normally there is a battle here between the long term holders who are prob at a loss since it has plummeted from 11p.

they are waiting for any exit to get out of this stock.a day with high volume, even if it last for an hour or so.!!

there are professional traders sitting on the sidelines,
why they know that the uneducated investors will see a RNS that states oil flows, but they dont have the intelligence to work out the correct market valuation that justifies the flow rates.

this will cause prob a spike up prob, traders will use this short spike to scalp a profit.

longtermers at a loss will sell up.

newbies will buy in that cant analyse the RNS correctly, and they will be the ones left HOLDING THE BABY.

Afternoon wtd - I think a few are chewing their nails off at present. No patience and no understanding of the extensive work needed here
