20/12/2012 08:14 | Issue of equity. By my calculations, in October at around 3.7p. | ![]() encarter
18/12/2012 21:10 | Hi encarter My understanding of it is that it is a branded Terminex product going into the Home Depot stores (I can just make out the Terminex brand on the picture in the link above) and from the JV with AMVAC, the upfront payment received will fund the role out? "The upfront license fee which the Company is receiving will support the retail launch of the Company's insect control products and also provides TyraTech with additional working capital." | techair
18/12/2012 07:43 | Another box ticked and lots more good news expected H1 2013. | ![]() encarter
17/12/2012 23:14 | I think so. Though I thought the Terminix, Homebase deal wasn't connected to the AMVAC deal? | ![]() encarter
17/12/2012 11:45 | I am assuming this mornings RNS relates to the Home Depot 2013 delivery mentioned in their interims recently? | techair
14/12/2012 11:27 | Still very optimistic to issue them with such a close expiry, less than 6 months and so far out of the money. | ![]() encarter
13/12/2012 16:31 | bit of a wait 3013!! | ![]() ashtree2
13/12/2012 11:13 | They are about to recieve " a significant upfront licensing fee" but market cap is still only £4m. They issued warrants exercisable at 10p at any time prior to 31 May 2013. So expecting share price to be in excess of 10p by May (edit) 2013. | ![]() encarter
13/12/2012 11:05 | I don't think the market has woken up to how big the AMVAC deal is. | ![]() encarter
12/12/2012 12:51 | Strange drop in the sp? Lots more good news due Q1 2013 so no worries. | ![]() encarter
11/12/2012 09:30 | Definitely ashtree - the little critters can not create gradual immunity to VaMOUSSE! either | techair
11/12/2012 08:18 | As someone who has children constantly suffering with headlice this is great news. | techair
11/12/2012 07:50 | Progress but a lot more to do. | ![]() pugugly
05/12/2012 09:37 | I bought my TYR through TD Waterhouse electronically with no problem. In excess of US$50 million has been invested in the technology platform. With a current mkt cap of only £5m and the RNS yesterday I am very tempted to get some more. | dassaco
05/12/2012 08:45 | While we await our next step up in sp, take a look at SUN. Stick it on your monitor, but please DYOR. | ![]() encarter
04/12/2012 11:57 | You can buy either if you are not a US resident. TYR is uncertificated so you will need a nominee account. After holding TYR for 12 months they migrate to TYRU. | ![]() encarter
04/12/2012 11:43 | There is a line of restricted stock. This is by far much the largest part of the issued capital and there is more marketability. Restricted stock can't be sold to US residents. The very much small amount of unrestricted stock can be sold to US residents, but as the listing is in the UK, there is unlikely to be much US demand. The price is higher and the market very small. From memory the tickers are TYR and TYRU. I own some of both. Every few months, some restricted stock can be converted to unrestricted status. | ![]() sidam
04/12/2012 11:26 | just been told by svs that there are 2 types of stock, some u can trade the other u can not easily.any comments? | ![]() ashtree2
04/12/2012 10:51 | Yes .....great news "The formation of this Joint Venture will ensure that the Company's insect control products are well funded for the foreseeable future." Long term hold for a significant re-rating IMO | dassaco
04/12/2012 10:48 | "The upfront license fee which the Company is receiving will support the retail launch of the Company's insect control products and also provides TyraTech with additional working capital." That reads quite nice going forward | techair
04/12/2012 09:34 | Yes it's tough to buy, but I've already got mine so who cares? Looks like they had to give up a chunk of the business but funding issues are now solved imho. | ![]() encarter
04/12/2012 09:00 | Yes penny charge tipped it and since then the deals have come through , they have a 8p buy limit on it. Just the problem is it isn't very liquid so any buyers just don't seem to be able to find any stock. | ![]() nw99 |
