28/10/2011 10:29 | Increasing stake in Ghana in return for mostly shares issued at around £13 looking at the chart. | khanittag
27/10/2011 16:58 | Time now approx.19.00 hrs. in Uganda..perhaps some news of the resolution shortly. | ringer12
27/10/2011 16:40 | surge at end of day.... less the 3% off ATH now with a resolution to the problem that hammered the share price still to be announced... and more drilling news expected soon. Sure fire hold.... and a pretty good buy if you accept the broker predictions. | eipgam
27/10/2011 12:30 | as reported here on a couple of occasions, the views and votes of the 'lawmakers' are not binding on the President. Not a democracy, I know, but that's how it works in UG. I assume the Musaveni feels obliged to at least pay lip service to what they say in order to give an impression of democratic process but I think the agreement will be signed very soon. As does the sp, by the looks of things. | eipgam
27/10/2011 12:07 | IT seems it all depends on who has the most power...the President or the lawmakers in parliament. Can the President be outvoted? Nothing would surprise me any more with these poceedings. | ringer12
27/10/2011 10:46 | One of the many catalysts to achieve that break islooking better by the minute...... | 85gary

27/10/2011 07:55 | Phillis. Even SETS stocks have market makers. | impvesta
26/10/2011 17:18 | Phillis. Thanks for that little bit of information of which I was not aware. As they say you learn something every day. I was,of course, commenting generally on mms and the fact that they make money irrespective of whether share prices go up or down. OT I know but do mms ever go bankrupt? | ringer12
26/10/2011 13:26 | ringer TLW is a SETS stock there are no market makers | phillis
26/10/2011 11:42 | With all this suing going on the lawyers and barristers are certainly on to a winner even if no one else is. Simmilar to the mms I suppose. | ringer12
25/10/2011 18:13 | To think I was commenting tongue in cheek when I forecast a few months ago that the deal would possibly be completed by Xmas..but which Xmas. The question now is which will be decided first...the tax arbitration or completion of the Tlw/Cnooc/Total deal. I wonder if Tlw now rue the decision to buy out Hoil rather than let Eni take over or would Eni have run into the same problems. Hypothetical I know. | ringer12
25/10/2011 17:46 | They want the oil revenue but every little bit of progress/moving forward is tainted with more crazy accusations to prevent everyone from getting on with the job of pumping the oil out. | sillyname
25/10/2011 14:15 | don't think there is a timetable in the public domain | phillis
25/10/2011 13:42 | Hi! New here...does anyone know when further news is expected from Guiana? | thecynical1
25/10/2011 09:48 | I think all tullow investors realise the importance of recieving $2.9 billion! But we,ve heard it all before, we need solid evidence, cash! | niceyman1
25/10/2011 08:14 | I don't think many investors realise the importance of receiving the funds from the farmdown-has so much significance to the speed of growth of this company. | mpclag
25/10/2011 08:11 | so we get the UG sign off today-then full steam ahead with payday- I mean farm down | mpclag
25/10/2011 08:01 | Are we overdue for Liberia update? | billytkid2
25/10/2011 00:29 | I like the way these articles state thae UGANDA has discovered all this oil. So what was TLW doing while Uganda was making all these discoveries! | ringer12 |
