If you are in the habit of compounding higher entries then you have lost even more money on the Dow. Well good luck because you are going to need it and when you have respect for fish shop workers again you know your lesson is complete.

...

Again you refuse to acknowledge from this thread in live market , I started dow 29400

I can afford to compound via market money

In tlw, I compound with yours :)

The best tip is this Mario. ..

We look...we analyse...ultimately it will mean little though. Because we don't move markets

The error is assuming that the makers see the same analysis as us. As you can see on this thread alone..not so

Maybe better to figure out their 12 month view? That's an art in itself . They don't publish true outlook via broker ratings etc

I'd advise you to relate debt to just 60% of confirmed flow rates, by the quarter, soon. And estimate crude always at 8% less, forward in each quarter

Maybe if you do next time... it is one of those variables that would have had you at 50% short profit in recent times alone :)

Current macro and supply/distribution current chain n all that

You'd be surprised mariopeter, the things I understand in markets. And how deep that goes ..

But ...

No point going it....as long as I'm lucky...and tlw falls apart ...?

.money money money

That will do me

Lol

LOL SR that is pathetic. No-one here is giving advice they are expressing a view. No one is right all the time but you just have to hope you are right more than you are wrong and that remains to be seen at JOG. When you hold equity time does not matter unlike your derivative trading.

Getting back to Tullow where you show no modicum of doubt in anything you write, my view is I doubt you can even relate production at Tullow to its cash-flow and debt servicing or know sensitivities on the oil price and how that might be affected by the hedging Tullow have in place. Without that you are poking in the dark and trying to frighten holders here with unsubstantiated drivel. You might get lucky here at Tullow but the odds are against you as Tullow production will likely improve from what has been awful management. Even Total have changed things around in Ghana.

There is 90% capital return at 30p just the same as 150p

As for risk. .it just depends how you see it today I suppose.

150 looked a risky short to many when that was low price too

One announcement of selling assets to pay off debts and shorts will get caught with their pants down, risky bet at these levels imo Totally agree at 150p but not 30p, risk reward not there

Yes I use simple charts but I am a very detailed fundamentals man too. Recognisable chart patterns occur frequently as they demonstrate what investors do (regularly) within certain price action. Not to be ignored and helps me on choosing an entry and exit level. As an example if you look at the Metro share price chart ...at what point do you buy? The answer is you wait until a bottom formation on the chart appears....not that banks are of any interest to me. Anyway computers and many traders do trade on chart patterns without any fundamental research.

Keep an eye on what happens JOG with this cup and handle though. Patterns can fail but I feel this one may well hold as the upward movement is commensurate with the fundamentals.

........

Hasn't it dropped approx 70% since nearly the date u posted that ? You basically recommended it at nearly the highest point lol.

And you are advising people about TLW?

Good example of your psychology and 'research'

:)

Shorting this since 58p and have no problem targeting 9p minimum

It'S TLW afterall..

A worse dog than TCG or DEB or Carillion were in their sectors

Very obvious..when you do proper research :)

Psychology of your behaviour here suggests you have been ripped apart by the market. At best you have very savaged profit but I doubt you are still in it. You are left with a short on Tullow and without research you are gambling here too.

Well if you read back a bit and see in this actual thread, that I started shorting 29400, wouldnt that answer it for you?

So the answer is jolly well. Another bounce to add short value

But really I want TLW to bounce when it hits 24p

Il short hard at 27p and take her to administration
