Oh you would not in light years compare Tullow to a highly geared Fracker who have made no money. Tullow is about production and servicing debt. Q is how much production. The CEOs of highly indebted Frackers are usually spivs with a big mouth and the wrong experience.

The NHS is facing an ageing population of GPs, with nurses also quitting in droves due to 1) unprecedented pressures on the system and 2) the hostile environment felt by nurses from EU countries who are voting with their feet . The care workers and nurses who are on too low salaries to stay in the UK will mean that when Rubicon and his ilk are dribbling in the old people's home, there wont be enough low paid British care workers to go around. Before OPEC cut production they should demand that US oil output is capped at 13 mill bopd and Canadian output is capped too. Else no cut, Frackers go pop followed by the US banks. That would leave Sentiment Rules happy....so that's unlikely therefore expect a deal and just maybe a bigger output cut than expected ....bit like the FED.

As coronavirus is expected to peak around june and July, and there are no signs that this virus will end by October, global demand for oil will continue to reduce dramatically. Will average down when this reaches 15-17p..
