Yes, I came across the video of the energy minister a few days ago related to this after watching the Tullow Ghana MD on the same channel; looks suspiciously like Tullow RNS was politically motivated to push the Ghanaian government into resolving the gas off-take issues. If resolved or at least substantially ameliorated, the bopd would certainly be revised barring any other issues onsite.
