Brent 66.19. Stake building by African entrepreneurs in oil sector. Majors could also take a strategic stake? Carapa of less importance than acquiring TLW's strategic assets

Remember a successful carapa derisks multiple Cretaceous prospects on kanuko as well as orinduik. Let’s hope we haven’t set ourselves up for a disappointment because tlw have the time to prove up a lot of barrels

Carapa-1 Well:

'Harvey Sailor' rated as a Crew Boat bound for Carapa-1 rig ETA 18th, de-manning or just crew change? Must be near the end now...

Usual activity around the rig with 3 vessels attending.

Whites, how thoroughly conceited you sound.

"Of course, Investing really isnt the way to do it is it... Oh noo.... Ask strumpy and the self proclaimed master who will tell you to mind the gap and follow the tea leaves"...

In this case at over a quid then the answer is no, presumably your 1st buys were £1.50+? So how did investing at those levels go for you? Because from where i sit now i see you got massacred on an overdone drop. And what if the next news is negative, how further underwater will you be by averaging down? There is no guarantee whatsoever that the share will recover, whereas people posting about gaps and wedges have made decent money trading that overdone drop. But good luck anyway.

Pretty much with you on all that. This ceaseless prattling on about wedges and flags is pointless. I have no problem with short term traders at all. All part of the market. But the big gains here will be made by holding on to these for a good while yet. Your high target will depend on some good fortune. But I think 100p is a given. With a big oil discovery? Well, the sky is then the limit.
