any of several trees of the genus Carapa, all of which yield timber and have seeds which produce oil

Stupmy - Agreed. My own view (from someone that added at 49p to recoup losses) is that no new investors would pile into a share when there is the prospect of a well announcement within weeks - pure gamble. However, if Carapa comes in with a light oil discovery then I believe the recovery will start and complete over a 12 month period. I know that's not dramatic enough for most posters on this board but if life was that easy we'd all be millionaires (just like Del Boy)

I agree with that also loafofbread, I'm all over that. Poor choise, bit like Beyonce calling her album B-day. Someone was getting some bad advice there, hope the CEO and the Explorations officer on that CD got pushed out.

Or else waiting for christmas holidays to release bad news. I hope not but it seems everybody has convinced themselves it is a discovery and only the scale is unknown.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
wodahsnoom, it'll either be useful discovery or not, but I agree there has been a lot of total nonsense talked on here. I agree, that there are other possibilities than 'it's a huge discovery' buy, buy buy. Watch the price. Do you really believe that the first person to know whether this is a discovery or not will be a nerd on this board? If information leaks, the share price will change. It doesn't follow necessarily that a change in share price tells you the well result, a feint of hand by an influential algo/insti could be misleading. However, knowing that news should be due soon on Carapa, it is not unreasonable to believe that a change in price is related to information on Carapa becoming available to the wider market. I still see a risk of 52p (that is not me callign the bottom), but good news from Carapa will send the price up. Stay safe and ignore fools that say buy, buy, buy without providing you with a rationale that you believe in

The solution maybe to follow the rig movements staff will be trying to get home for Christmas if work completed.
also if they have found oil they might wait for basic test result to tell what they have found.
