Look the recent IEA report. the gap between supply and demand is set to narrow considerably in 2016.... what happens when supply can't meet demand?

250p on the cards if (when) OPEC-NOPEC come to an agreement, and they will. Russia leaving Syria (well, almost) is a sign that a Saudi-Russia (excl Iran) agreement could be in the offing

Think of the 'upgrades' coming from today's news. Add onto that all the analyst chatter, newspaper comments etc etc and you have a scenario that should keep shorters 'on their toes'
