The last two posts are topical with the CEO selling £3.2m worth of shares at the end of August. I don't know how many she owned/now owns, but it is a fair chunk to offload.

Try sharecast.com under director dealings, however I find this site not always up to date. IMO the largest holders aren't the well known funds. I actually then looked at director dealings and there have been very few transactions which doesn't signal much confidence by the directors. I also think it is odd that the new COO hasn't purchased any shares. I am starting to think that a placing will be on its way to shore up the balance sheet in response to what must have been a terrible trading period. In the meantime strength in share price must be looking forward to future earnings, anything online seems to be getting the benefit of the doubt at the moment in my view.

I asked them & they said update will be Sep but no date.

I think they are holding off as long as possible so they can quote the most recent (small) improvement in numbers.

The government releases official passenger numbers on Oct 1st

On Sept 12 last year they gave trading update on the six months up to the end of August and then followed this up on Nov 5 with the interim results.

I can only think that March-August trading will be horrific.

There are no future announcement dates set on their website.

That said, in July 2019 they gave a Q1 trading update......yet to see that this year too!

No indication on the date, just September. I believe they are waiting for the best time.

I believe the price is rising due to a slight rotation into recovery plays so risk is on, but there will be no denying the H1 numbers, nor the shirt-medium term outlook

MSehs - any indication as to the date for when they will release an update and also the reason for the delay?Uncle - buoyant markets and positive sentiment to anything online are probably reasons for driving up the share price. I think markets might also be ignoring short term issues and looking to the future. Companies like AO World aren't making money but the share price keeps going up
