20/2/2017 09:40 | Would be good for TNI if it led to rise in UK rates and raised the yield on gilts. | gfrae
20/2/2017 09:09 | Possible US lift in rates. Will this affect TNI? | cityconindex
17/2/2017 18:33 | Irish news According to ABC figures its total readership fell 3% ish | smicker
17/2/2017 15:28 | There must be a reason for the turn around! What is the name of this local paper? | foot in mouth
17/2/2017 14:46 | No its a standard run of the mill paper, nothing to attract younger readers at all. | smicker
17/2/2017 14:16 | It'd probably over inflate the price by creating an artificial market. I hope they extend the buyback in the results!! Why are they holding the shares in treasury I wonder and not cancelling them outright?? Smicker, that is impressive the 13,000 rise in 15-24 YO reading their local newspaper..........r | foot in mouth
17/2/2017 14:10 | Tni are spending buying back their own shares, seems market makers are knocking the price down to scare smaller punter's to sell. So they can meet demand. Any reason tni can't just purchase blocks of 250k shares in one purchase? Any ideas? | cityconindex
17/2/2017 12:26 | Another day my only share in blue. Look forward to good results and increased dividend on the 27th. Target price of £2 remains. | patience a virtue
16/2/2017 12:48 | ABC circulation numbers just out. Another stonking result for Trinity especially the Regional sites which on their own are now bigger than Telegraph, Sun, Express and only beaten by Mail, Independent and of course Mirror Nationals. | harry_david
16/2/2017 11:48 | Clearly breaking out of the 75-110 level it's been stuck in. Next stop 125, hopefully before results. | spoole5
16/2/2017 08:42 | Interesting price movement 😊 | cityconindex
16/2/2017 08:27 | Blue sky here lots of it | spoole5
14/2/2017 20:01 | After Yellen today another small rise in gilt yields | harry_david
13/2/2017 18:02 | A year ago we were at 157 so no reason why we shouldn't be back there if results are decent. Arguably the company is in a better position now than it was then, especially if the pension deficit has started to shrink. | spoole5
13/2/2017 17:32 | I'm no chartist either but if the results are good I fancy 180pps by June. Just a hunch! | foot in mouth
13/2/2017 15:45 | I'm not much of chartist myself, but what do you think it's breaking out from? And what are the consequences of doing so. The only think I can immediately see from the chart is possible resistance / support in the range 110-120 based on : (i) A low around May-16, (ii) another low around June/July-16 (which it subsequently dropped well below. and (iii) a high around Sep/Oct-16. Is this what you are looking at? Or is there something else? And if that breakout is achieved, where do you think it goes from there? | kazoom
13/2/2017 15:39 | Nice little upward tick in gilt yields, helpful for pension deficit | harry_david
13/2/2017 15:07 | It's going to do it | section75
13/2/2017 12:50 | On the verge of breakout | spoole5
08/2/2017 15:25 | My only share in blue today. Hoping for £2 this year. | patience a virtue
08/2/2017 12:54 | Chart looks beautiful here. We also have the divi paid on the 14th of Feb and results on the 27th of Feb. If the results are decent where will the share price end up??? We will probably be debt free again........pension deficit reduced?....increase in divi (modest), further share buy back (current one is still ongoing). Many questions - but I feel this will rise, rise, rise. We have a double top at 110p to go through...... | foot in mouth
03/2/2017 16:00 | I suppose Aviva is sitting on the TNI market, the recent spate of encouraging news would otherwise have seen a rise in the price. | harry_david
03/2/2017 15:57 | philjeans, the JPR statement is a hard read, though from our standpoint the display ad figures for print and digital are encouraging. Otherwise they appear to be temporarily living off a massive increase in the newstand price for the i which has held its circulation well despite it. Hate to be a shareholder there though. | harry_david
03/2/2017 10:01 | Quite encouraging T/S from JPR today re digital, advertising and margins. Augers well fro TNI too. | philjeans
26/1/2017 07:41 | DMGT reports on the first quarter today that online advertising rose 17% yoy against stable audience numbers. If this is an industry wide trend we could see a major readjustment. | harry_david |
