Tracy will reply about weatherford but I doubt she will comment on trading data. I doubt she even noticed individual trades. Also with regards to TR1 it's up to the holder to notify the company. The company will only know after the holder has notified them.

16 m per month. Sometimes it is only 3-4 million in a month ( very low volume).Sometimes 30 million ( high volume) Each month is different.
Ave daily volume is 933,403.
That gives average of around 20.5m traded each month.

MM, just looking at your point. 3% of shares in issue is 11.5M, or 115 x 100k trades. 16M are traded each month. Did you count 115 x 100K trades?

Pause for breath. Things will happen in own good time. We just spectate.
Mm I only mentioned buy/sell abnormal price as I thought it might help you know these 100k trades are inside trades and not private investors.

Spellbrook....thanks...sent today and will let you all know the rsonse:-

Tracy

I have an observation as a shareholder that has frustrated me and others for quite some time. I have observed time and time again large volumes of trades of over 100k constantly appearing to nullify smaller purchases by PI’s. However, there has never been an RNS to justify such a large seller as it seems to point towards. This seller (as it does feel that it is only one) is still active and we had the same situation circa 12 months ago (perhaps a little longer) again with no RNS to explain. I do understand that you cannot disclose confidential information relating to the share register but the fact that such large and consistent trades may reflect a single seller surely must indicate a holding RNS at some point?

If you are unable to answer due to confidentiality I do understand but if you are able to elucidate in any way I would appreciate your response.

Regards

James

Nocents...the dilemma I have is that whether or not they are buy or sell tranches they have been going on for months (a situation that we had a year or so ago)..but...no RNS. Just a running sore with me but it does not seem to be a problem for anyone else so I will leave it be...regards.

The enterprise value is MCAP minus cash, it is a fairer way of comparing companies MCAP with cash or debt.

Mm. 100k trades at the goong rate are just 100k trades. The bizarre aspect is that some are at a non-market rate. The latest one. And last noght at 17:09. Big trade at a rate whoch is not available to us. Could’ve been buy or sell.
We can’t make sense . Only speculate. I can’t even do that.
I can make no sense of it. You’d have to be a City trader or MM to properly know. I make no sense. Only perhaps a negotiated trade.

An Enterprise value of £27.7m (at 12.25p) with the prospects we currently have still looks a tad cheap to me.....

Cash at bank in hand was 22m which was a 100% increase. Stunning

This is re rating and looks like seller almost done too. Won't take too much to past 20p. Fundamentally sound business, cash generative with plenty cash at bank in hand. Love it

I still cannot get my head around this constant succession of large trades of 100k plus. A seemingly endles supply but no holding RNS...any theories out there?

But intelligent risk ( not akin to gambling...though some could even argue their case for that at times I say..not me).
Goodnight
Forgive the philosophy. No-one has to share ot.

Oh totally yes. Or I wouldn’t still be here..trust me. Been investing 40 years...yes that long. I remember Black Monday...1988 I think. And many other catastrophic Omega events ( what they call them in macro-economics)
Btw I don’t thank Bruce for phoenix-rising Trin in 2016. I thank the wole team right down to Mroil-pumper at the drill bit. Tracy was a rock and the only point of communication allowed. You can thank who you like. Not my business. I see them as a highly efficient and unusually ethical team.
Great to read what you say. Truly. But the last paragraph is subjective to yourself. I have learned too many things the hard way in life. Would have liked an eaaier ride tbh. Didn’t happen from day 1. So be it. But only to invest what you are prepared to lose? Yes for you. Not my way.( Do your best to ensure you don’t lose it and dyor a bit better are part of my many leassons). Borrowing to invest is not generally good. But businesses exist by doing so. And grow accordingly. I borrow occasionally to invest and always make money..but it’s worrying and I shouldn’t. I will stop now as it’s not good for peace of mind).
I have lost many close to me and seen much in life...and never know for whom the bell tolls..it tolls for thee ( John Donne) . Mortality and my nature make me err more towards risk. Personal risk. I do things others would not. Not stupid things. Far from it. So with your last paragraph let us walk different paths. We are all “kind by kind” as the Nigerian saying goes. I recognize my ( and others’) mortality and build my life on its inevitable unpredictable reality. Risk.
