Moving forward with a clean balance sheet and a strong inventory of growth opportunities means we look to the future with confidence and are ideally positioned to take advantage of future opportunities as the environment in Trinidad & Tobago evolves." 09/8/2018 23:31 | Hargreaves Lansdown have come up trumps. In my case they explained the position and have offered to put it right. My wife and I both applied for £7k of shares, were each allocated £2k. HL have now given us the opportunity to take up their offer to buy the difference at the original offer price. I assume they are having to do it at their cost, if so that is very impressive customer service. | nafafa
09/8/2018 17:26 | some more chunky buys slid in | spellbrook
09/8/2018 15:54 | wwick, I sent HL a message saying they'd made a mistake, quoted the bit about £10k from the RNS and asked them to amend. I suggest at this stage, you should phone HL and ask to speak to the Corporate Actions Manager (Geraint Jones) who replied to my message. Otherwise you might not be getting through to someone who actually knows the score. ross, If you aren't with HL, I guess you could also try to speak to your brokers Corporate Actions dept. But I was told HL sorted out their problems with the registrar (Link), so you might get some joy from contacting Link: However, I don't know whether the mistake that HL made is the same one AJBell have made and so is fixable by the registrar in same way. But it is possible your missing shares are also stuck in system somewhere ? | whiskeyinthejar
09/8/2018 15:52 | Wwick, I'll be doing the same later | otemple3
09/8/2018 13:25 | WitJ thank you for the feedback regarding Hargreaves. Did you simply complain? I'm now trying it with II. | wwick

09/8/2018 01:29 | Whiskey, HL advised me that they were looking into the matter and would get back to me by the end of this week. Hope I am as fortunate as you. | nafafa
08/8/2018 21:56 | By the way, Hargreaves have sorted out my subscription tonight. Now got the £10k of shares, and then split thereafter. So got another £7.2k of shares at 15p tonight. Not sure where they've come from though. Hopefully otters using HL have had similar help? | whiskeyinthejar
08/8/2018 20:41 | 52 Week High was 27.90p on 8th May. Dilution was 26.5%, so that corresponds to 20.5p. (27.9-7.4) However market cap isn't that useful imo. Enterprise Value is better because it takes account of cash and debt,- any bid for the company takes on both. Current market cap is £65m at 17p. Assuming £15m net cash (they raised £15m anyway), someone bidding 17p for Trinity would only need to find approx £50m. Far too cheap! So share price has to rise considerably, say to about 27p, to rise from the current EV of about £50m to the £79m EV when it was trading at 27.9p on May 8th. And none of this takes account of fact the business should now grow much faster with the extra cash. | whiskeyinthejar
08/8/2018 17:51 | Prior to placing number of shares on issue was 282 mill after placing 384 mill. | kepner
08/8/2018 17:42 | Perhaps, but valuation is share price multiplied by shares on issue | nafafa
08/8/2018 16:02 | maybe hl was showing wrong figure then, i saw 71m max at 26 | diseasex
08/8/2018 15:48 | At 26p mkt cap was £100m with 384 mill shares on issue, now with over 490 mill shares 20.5p delivers a £100m mkt cap. So some way still to go! | nafafa |
