It seems to me you have been diluted by what say 25% for 10% annual growth in production.

Therefore it's logical to state that it will take three years to return to a 21p share price.

GO!

Free-cash flow generating from 2020, self-funding new Onshore wells thereafter
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

WTF!!!!

No wonder they needed all this dosh.

Something that was never discussed was at what point decline was due to set in on existing wells.

So spend say 1.2m and get a well capable of dribbling out 100 barrels a day. Is that it? WOW

Fortunately our advisors sought to go for such a deep discount. Heaven forbid the firm placing is oversubscribed, I mean that would suggest we got the price wrong and everyone would think we dished the shares out to our mates at special rates. Nah!

.....the conditional firm placing of 56,370,645 new Ordinary Shares (the "Firm Placing Shares"), which was oversubscribed, at an issue price of 15 pence (the "Issue Price") per Firm Placing Share to certain existing and new institutional investors....

My reading was that this recent placing etc. would get us to fcf?
How do you reach conclusion they need more monies?

if you go
in the investor presentation I read

Onshore drilling – self-funding growth from 2020
• Drill 8-10 wells per year targeting >10% year-on-year production growth in near term
• Reset base production to over 3,000 bopd (for next 5 years at a minimum)
• Largely fixed operating cost base, so incremental production will result in higher operating earnings
• Free-cash flow generating from 2020, self-funding new Onshore wells thereafter

it seems that more funding is required from here... how much and how dilutive?

Thanks GO, the header is now updated. Looking forward to the dust settling on this placing and the market trying to put a fair valuation on the new TRIN.

GO did you adjust down the breakeven of $30.9 to incorporate improved efficiency at the higher 3500bopd. They have continually said this will be the benefit of a more significant ramp up of production. Quite how much of an improvement will be hard to guess but we know we have been sub $30 recently. I will get the header updated soon.

SB a podcast I listened to last week felt $130 was easily achievable in this cycle. I think the seeds have been sown for much higher.

Thanks, so they expect people to be fully funded regardless of allocation. That puts a kibosh on going for more in anticipation of scaling back. The whole thing is as tricky to navigate as feared. But at least your broker can be bothered.

Have they told you how much you have to fund or are they saying you have to have equal to what you applied for regardless of what you get?
