Depends. We are trading at 1:1 turover ratio, they might be valued differently. Not an expert in oil but if company makes profit and trades at less than 10x profits then its undervalued. My rule of a thumb

I have all my new shares, but will have to wait a little longer for the subscription monies.

CERP Heading for £35m MCAP, makes a mockery of TRINS current MCAP. Things hotting up in T&T and as per my earlier post the NEW TRIN is perfectly poised to capitalise.

OK the chart is ready to climb up. Doubt it will fall , if it will it should quickly be bought out.

uapatel...the conversation I had with Iweb was did not fill me with confidence but I am still hoping your (and my own) interpretation will hold and they will do the right thing by us relatively smaller investors.

That seems contrary to the RNS,

...that each Applicant who applied for Offer Shares will receive the full amount of Offer Shares applied for up to an application value of GBP10,000. Thereafter, applications have been scaled back proportionately according to the value of the application in excess of GBP10,000 and the balance of Offer Shares available.

My shares are in a nominee account, but assumed based on the RNS that I would get my full allocation, 20K shares (£3K).

It's a bloody debacle.
I think there is some chap on lse crl123 who has spent hours on the phone to his brokers etc.
Everyone should have their allocations by now and if not it is plain wrong!

Yes uapatel but each broker can interpret the allocation of their own large holding nominee accounts as they wish

I have my doubts now DH...they were supposed to put the shares into my account yesterday according to their notification

marvelman,

I was under the impression that those who were wanting upto £10K worth would get their allocation with anything above that being scaled back. So you should get your full request.

Iweb have told me later today or "early" next week. Would not tell me what my allocation was but it would be scaled back...only asked for 50,000 (£7,500)

Haven't had mine as yet (Charles Stanley Direct). Think the o/a allocation process has been a bit poor. Sure the big boys (non PI) have had their allocation, but must admit surprised that we haven't seen anymore holding RNS's. So may be they haven't got theirs yet?

Probably getting ahead of myself, but.... A good time to have money in the bank.

Petrotrin coming to a head.

Fiscal reigime reform feels near

Possible Petrotrin assets with new fiscal reigime could make for a very interesting end to the year.

I have confirmation from all of my brokers I have been allocated 124536 shares from my application of 280000 in each case , so as posted this morning just under 45%. So quite happy with that.

True Dis, I was just thinking about selling pressure but if people can still buy around here the spare funds may get put to use in TRIN.

It does not really mattter when the new shares hit accounts, people know what they will get and have done since yeasterday. There is nothing stopping people from selling their current holdings in preparation.

Don't think allocated shares have hit accounts yet. Mine still shows as subscription shares at unscaled back numbers
