Nice bounce back and possibly unexpected by many.

Just shows why one musnt panick and sell in these stupid markets. If you had sold late yestereday of this morning.....MM's would have taken you for a ride imo.

There is nowt wrong with TCN and im holding on very tight to my holding. May even buy more.

Dont ask IC2 but i've had one of those days today, everything has gone wrong....and just typicle that the market decides to 'have one of those days' too!!! :-(

This is so illiquid that the MM's will always mark the price well down when the markets go into a spiral. IMO its too late to sell here now. PE is only 8.5 and falling. If one does decide to sell out now then the MM's will screw you on price and then you have the decision of when to time your re-entry. That is impossible in my experience.

The house brokers target price is 40p so that represents a near 50% upside and so selling now would mean taking an even lower price and having to find another share with an equal amount of upside.

I dont use stop-losses. As i believe that they a guaranteed way to lose money. I always trade fundamentals and newsflow, then use charts to time buy and sell points.

As far as im concerned, nothing has changed here fundamentally. IF we do a get a profit warning later on, then i'll decide to sell up.....but until then i rate TCN as a strong buy.

Not very pleasent today with TCN seeing a larger fall than others. The stocks worse effected would seem to be where investors have made most profit like TCN.

NBI is the same today with PIs banking very good profits, must admit I did sell my NBI @ 273p, nothing wrong with the company but no point watching it fall further when I might be able to buy back in later lower down.

I have stops on all my portfolio apart from TCN, I figure that the PI selling will slowdown or stop at some point, and then we could see some institutional investors moving in. Who knows? certainly not me in these markets.

I'm nearly 70% cash now so happy to let TCN run, must admit this is the first time I have disregarded a stop/loss since EDD in 2007/8.

Not sure about my timing for buying back into companies atm, I might pick some stocks up if thing become too silly. But inclined to wait out the summer before I make any larger purchases, wouldn't want to spoil a good run from the new year.

Good luck to all investors.

Think we might be getting set for another leg up to the broker target price of 40p and higher.

PE is only 10.5 against a growth rate of over 30%. Very strong cashflow in the last year and over the last five years. Relative strength is phenomenal. A very good contender for a Zulu stock imo.

Yep I noticed CML, and will look at it over the weekend. It's a company I have looked at before, but now Slater Inv have brought, it deserves another check.

Hello cfro again, I thought it was this one, it looks a very appealing re-entry price.

I was thinking that with TCN selling their treasury stock to satisfy institutional demand @ 32p last month, is the share price went any lower we might have seen some large buys coming in if the stock was available.

Hello everyone again! :0))

Been trying to buy abck my original position here. bought a tiny few yesterday and another 10,000 shares this morning. But i had a real fight on my hands with the MM's. Despite my best efforts and rather annoyingly i had to pay 32p for my batch. :-)

So i suspect and reading between the lines, that there isnt much stock available at these levels.

agm 22nd Sept - might give update then but last year was only a short bland statement - waited until early Oct for a pre-close trading update for a fuller statement

Hard to give an exact target but it's just under the 50ma now, so if it dips below 30p, it would look tempting to me on a per of 9.4 and 8.0.

See todays the GCI buy recommendation above.

The profit taking by PIs could be starting to ease now. But with such a large profit it's alsways tempting to bank some. I did sell some mtself but happy to hold the larger balance. I would buy the shares I sold back if the share price reached a certain level, like many others I suspect.

Why are people looking for a problem with TCN when the whole economy and all the markets are in trouble. Its not a "usual flat spot" a month after results or a "cycle" or the "full moon"....lol

Theres usually a flat spot a month after results with no news imminent, the company is expanding and thats all that matters

Well everything was going swimmingly well a month ago with full results, so I'm inclined to listen to the company rather than others....
