30/5/2008 10:01 | jk35 have you any views as it is only you and I on here? | qs9
30/5/2008 08:37 | No-one else there on this little gem? | qs9
30/5/2008 07:50 | Great AGM update IMO: will easily IMO eliminate the £2m of debt it had by last view, so should end this year with net CASH....making good progress and lots of profits.....I have bought some more as this IMO looks like a prime takeover candidate.......Any views? | qs9
07/5/2008 15:25 | long ~132p; 30apr08 interim mgmt tr.stmt - 3-months pretax profit significantly ahead, strong cash flow, net debt £2.4m (presumably reduced), order book healthy, continuing to look at acqns; AGM 30may...; good scope for it breaking the falling R hereabouts | mikehardman
30/4/2008 21:53 | Agreed. Key is no debt, and little upticks in consensus from what I can see will all help sentiment, and as it is ungeared if it stays sub £1.50 IMO it will be prime for takeover...IMO | qs9
30/4/2008 11:17 | Great stuff. Bit of a pop on the news but 140 remains the key level in my book - a sustained break above it and we should be off to the races. There are resistance points at around 20p intervals up to 200 and then monster resistance at 230 but breaking out of the long-term downtrend would be worth a lot. Personally I think this company is on a much sounder footing than when I first invested in it and am now much happier to hold it for the medium term. I think it has a good shot at getting back to that 230 level within the next year or so. | bletherer
30/4/2008 06:15 | Net debt now negligble IMO at £2m from today's statement. +ve trading update, significantly ahead of same time last year, be fascinating to see how market reacts.... | qs9
26/3/2008 21:58 | Agreed. Also given very low level of debt which given profitability levels should be paid down quickly IMO this year, then it may become IMO attractive to a bid. | qs9
26/3/2008 09:07 | Results look good on a quick read-through. I was in TRB for the 05/06 runup and managed to sell out with about a 60p gain before they gave it all back (and more). But back then the debt level was always rather worrying: I'm much more comfortable being invested in them now with a manageable debt and an apparently well-performing business model. Technically this stock is at a very significant juncture: if it can push on above 140p it will break a multi-year downtrend and in combination with the very supportive fundamentals this could induce a period of solid share price growth. If it consolidates above 140 I'd be looking at 160 as a minimum short-term target, and hopefully more to come when general market sentiment improves. | bletherer
26/3/2008 07:14 | "The Board is confident about Tribal's prospects for 2008 and beyond." Great results, hardly any debt left, profitable, lots of prospects. Eps to Dec on 12 months proforma nearly 13p....hopefully this provides the basis for further moves Northwards....lets see how the market reacts. | qs9
24/3/2008 09:51 | anyone confirm results date? | qs9
21/3/2008 17:38 | results are out on the 25th are they not? may be the catalyst for further movement upwards. Hopefully net cash position will be even higher....which will then IMO make them very attractive.... | qs9
19/3/2008 14:51 | Been watching closely on level 2, it appears somebody/people are slowly but surely hoovering up stock and are not frightened to pay premium rates either.. | mick33
19/3/2008 09:10 | I'm still here, QS9. We got stuck at 140 as I expected, but I'm encouraged that it's so far only backed off very little - looks like it wants to make another run at it. This has been my second-best performer so far this year...not that's there's much competition, lol. Anything up rather than down counts as a stellar performer these days... | bletherer
18/3/2008 20:51 | ANyone else in for a few? | qs9
05/3/2008 13:21 | agreed....looking like it is picking up gradually today as well.... | qs9
05/3/2008 13:01 | Absolutely something brewing in the background here ,lovely looking chart.. | mick33
15/2/2008 19:25 | here is hoping then! £2? | qs9
14/2/2008 17:28 | possibly. Personally think the trading updates will move this more than share buy backs. | qs9
13/2/2008 17:30 | But when they announced the buy back ,the shares were only slightly above a pound . A couple of weeks after the trading statement the share price started to motor on relatively small volume,so is it something we dont yet know about driving the current share price northwards ?? | mick33
13/2/2008 17:13 | SP motoring without internal support! With demand still there, why not save firepower? | qs9
12/2/2008 23:41 | In the recent trading statement the company said it would be buying up to 5% of the issued shares back as an investment. That was nearly a month ago and they have not bought any back yet, anyone any thoughts about why this is ? | mick33
12/2/2008 15:26 | Lol - anyway a good sign that the board is so quiet despite a rapid +30%. So far a complete absence of froth. | bletherer |
