20/12/2006 09:08 | Looks like it wants to test the all time high now. | mickconn11
11/12/2006 09:46 | The difference is that Next is a fashion retailer which has been very much at the top of its game for several years and priced accordingly, but vulnerable to any downturn in consumer spending, whilst TPK has substantial wholesale exposure (still underpinned by strong housing market) and seems to be integrating its retail arm - Wickes - rather better than the market had dared to hope. There's charts, and there's real life! Regards, Ian | jeffian
11/12/2006 09:28 | Could be a triple top situation. Very similar chart to Next before a 200 plus points drop. | mickconn11
26/10/2006 11:42 | The shorters have gone very quiet here. What does it cost to be short from 1712 to 1850? | jeffian
14/9/2006 09:40 | "Jaafar1 - 29 Aug'06 - 14:56 - 82 of 89 jeffian: and those who bought at 1714p...what happen to them? nursing their losses?" Errrrr......no (but some of the shorts may have singed their fingers, eh?) 8-) Regards, Ian | jeffian
14/9/2006 07:30 | There she goes. | penycae
12/9/2006 08:42 | Only a very wide spread holding this up as far as I can see. | penycae
04/9/2006 22:16 | How're the shorts going? | jeffian
31/8/2006 07:51 | Unless it breaks 1700 another time, I think it's not wrong to short it. That's one year resistence. I already did now putting stop loss at 1720. | watwungyi
29/8/2006 18:31 | Jaafar1, Depends whether you're a daytrader or investor, I suppose. I paid 587 at the end of 2000, so today's +34 seems quite a nice rise to me but I can see that those paying 1714 today and expecting an instant profit within 24 hours may be disappointed. On the other hand, they may think it has further to go in the medium term. We shall see. Regards, Ian | jeffian
29/8/2006 14:52 | so the guys been buying at hight price? folllowing like sheep?....you got your reward now still short | jaafar1
