They seemed to have got Routes to Market coming along now for Translogik ... something which I believed was holding back sales previously.

Could do with luxury/performance EV manufacturer starting SAW adoption in next year or so

Does sound like it would need someone prepared to pay a pretty full valuation to get to those levels, even with SAW delivering plenty.

Hopefully the investment in Translogik will start to payback in the next few years so there is clear momentum ahead of any major SAW income.

The business is really developing very healthily & sustainably under this new managment team.
Gross Margins are excellent, products genuinely have global appeal & the SAW potential is truly mind-boggling once it starts to get embedded into new systems.
as I've said before, I do hope management and shareholders do not succumb to a early-bird takeover offer for too cheap a price but, saying that, I believe management really do understand the true potential here and that also explains there enthusiasm to buy up the shares.

In the unlikely (but delicious if it did) event of it going up 10 x from here my ownership of TRT would have swung from being over 90% down to ~800% up!!

Only taken 23? years so far …

Yes, that gave me pause for thought too.

Best case scenario, and long term. Many a slip twixt cup and lip, and “long term” can have a habit of being ever extended, but there’s no denying the progress that’s been made the last 12 months or so.

Lawrence didn’t highlight Translogik, but good to be kept on the radar anyway.

Yes, I believe he did say that & that's something like the potential I also see here in the longer run

If you listened to Laurence you will know he still considers TRT to be substantially undervalued.

Have we meet then Money never sleeps , I was the founder of the share holder group that grew up from the ADVFN bb back in the days when M Martin and Rebbeca Joyce ran things.
Also took the IVT test SUV out on the open road and test track around Leyland for a good hour . Happy days but very sad outcome.
I think this will be a much better outcome so well worth the wait .
Laurence talked about Transense this morning on VOX .

Original TRK holder, then SED. Both disastrous investments. I saw that TRT was mentioned by Paul Scott and/or Paul Hill - especially an interview with Laurence Hulse about a year ago. I like the structure of the investment case in 3 distinct parts, with SAW being the blue-sky element. I've got some longstanding connections with friends in senior positions in aerospace (eVTOL) and motorsport.

Been folowing TRT for many years but only started buying it Autumn 2022.
I manufacture electric vehicles so understand the significant benefits that accrue from being able to dynamically monitor Torque

king1pin2 - new holding for me this year. Decided to look into it after hearing management on the "in the company of mavericks" podcast. Whilst it could (justifiably) be described as high risk I liked what I heard and the risk/reward - particularly with management buying shares in the open market and the cushion of the royalty payments to - hopefully - support the other businesses through to success.

Agreed it's v hard to predict this share price.I'm in at 100p but have no intention of selling .I do think we will have a major crash H2 2025 so I may look to sell half of all my holdings prior to this .

Magpie must be kicking himself. I feel your pain king I was in the same position this earlier this year. Still got a worthwhile holding thankfully. I think you'll get a chance to buy lower as I can see the price drifting but who knows.

Nico my problem is buying back shares that I sold early in the year , Having sold a chunk at 101 to fund a problem that is still outstanding I swallowed my pride and bought some back at 120 but not nearly enough to bring me back up to my original holding.
You are right when you say not a lot of downside at this level but it strange times we live in and you just never know what’s around the corner .

Fair enough Best to buy on a dull day . Was buying at same time as buy back as valued our 2 biz at zero. Thought little downside to zero.No averse to add at EV of £10m for 2 businesses which look good to me

There won't be saw licence deals. There will be current and new saw business wins that generate applications engineering revenue leading to recurring production component supply revenue.
