Yes this is a good company with excellent 'frugal' but committed management and plenty of promise in store for the two core businesses. It just needs time.

Looks interesting, and well done Translogik. I’d like to know the implications of the “exclusiveR21; part of the deal. And be good to know Tiretask reach and turnover.

Also I see we’re not yet on the list of Tiretask partners on their website. Be good for that to be updated.

Maybe a slow burn but looks very good news.

The all-in-one solution will be available from Transense via a flexible monthly subscription model, aimed at fleet operators, tyre dealers, and other industry professionals. It integrates Translogik's precision tyre inspection tools, which are widely used by global tyre manufacturers and fleet operators, with TIRETASK's adaptable software platform.



Designed to simplify tyre management, the bundled solution provides users with a centralised system for tyre inspection and management, enabling them to access and act on crucial insights regarding tyre performance, safety and lifespan. By capturing and analysing tyre data efficiently, fleet operators can reduce operational costs, enhance safety standards and extend tyre life.

Dollar pound back to very good rate for our earnings so thats a bonus as we approach the AGM . Perhaps a little surprised that the bulletin board is not more busy but i seem to remember one or two posters commenting thats a good sign .

Last company purchase at 91p in April so seems a lost oppertunity to me in that if the management and most of us on this BB considered the share price very undervalued then who knows at todays share price .
As I say just trying to understand the thinking behind the buyback decisions.

Buybacks I guess company happy in money at 1.50 no need push it any higher currently?

Yes Ryan is well invested now but as the share price retreated towards the £1.50 level I did think that the company missed a chance to pick up more undervalued shares in the buybacks .
On that subject as the agm approaches and as its on the agenda it would be interesting to have views on extending the buyback (resolution 11).
I must admit to being slightly confused by our buybacks when compared to bigger company’s buybacks but would welcome views on this subject .
I look forward to being at the AGM .
