Most if not all loaded up red day and labour in Liverpool
I decided not to offload into the rise but guessed and that’s all it was that fall was due on news it’s often the case but long term will see £3/5 here if they execute plan and we don’t have a shambles in manufacturing process

looks to me that Translogik is on the verge of significant growth from here onwards:

Good product range that has been well-proven & is likely the best-in-class
Increasing EU & USA legislation driving user uptake
$25m addressable market and we're just now doing £1m
Manufacturing (likely modular assembly) bought in-house probably as a consequence of now having greater forward sales visibility & requirmeent to ensure availability + the product range is now firmly established

Managment have a sound growth strategy and are delivering against that, backed up with a strong cash position that is enabling headcount & facilities expansion.

SB, ask them. You may already be aware there is a facility on IMC which allows you to ask questions of the board.

While the results are not bad, it is the same story of "jam tomorrow". Itracks revenue(which is baked in as a bond in the share price) is up 30%(majority of revenue growth), while the EPS are only up 15%(which implies the cost base has gone up). The underlying business of translogik(up 9% from a modest base) and SAW(actually down with great potential). I also wonder if the reason why profits are up 20% while EPS only 15% is due to the 10% or so dilution due to the vesting of shares. If it is not then the EPS will drop in the next period. I would personally be curious to hear what management has to say at 4pm today.

The reducing royalty rate has been a bone of contention for some (myself included) for many years. It’s been done to death and we’re hopefully getting to the point where it’s just less and less relevant as results improve.

cracking set of figures and accompanying management commentary ... Chester9 you hit the nail on the head with that observation.

Nothing to do with this then………'Under the terms of the licence, the unit rate of royalty income will reduce to 60% of the current rate with effect from 1 July 2025, and to 40% of the current rate on 1 July 2027, before expiry on 30 June 2030.' Clarification welcomed.

The potential does appear to be not only growing, but actually converting into growing profits with every results. Will be very interested to see what they say in the presentation.

K1 that’s a tricky one as there are so many erratic variables in play on a day to day basis, which become smoothed out over the years. Some will be top slicing around these levels. Some deterred by AIM’s appalling recent track record. Often the sudden upturns in the chart come without apparent cause. Perhaps it’s the penny dropping as TRT lights up more radars over time, sometimes by word of mouth, sometimes as an analyst gets through a backlog of companies to run the slide rule over. Short answer: I haven’t the foggiest idea, but I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s “selling on the fact” around the results, with the next uptick with the announcement of another SAW project.

I think that on Transense the saying “Take advantage of any Dip “ may well be sound advise so how much of a dip ?
We have a analyst meeting this morning and investor meet this afternoon at 4pm ( all welcome follow link in results )
So I will stick my neck out and say we will end up blue today so what do you think ?

I like revenues at 60% ahead of corresponding period last year. If delivered for full year it would double the EPS.

Like this bit of the results statement
'Translogik is now positioned to convert new business for its tyre management products directly with fleet customers and has several large potential contracts under negotiation'

I don’t think to much has changed since the last trading statement But the outlook for Saw is gathering pace and it’s my beliefe that investors are now starting to relise just how big the Saw opportunity is going forward and that in my view is what’s driving the share price forward just like the early days when we had a much higher market cap.
I don’t expect any fireworks in the morning but that been said a quiet day would be welcome after such a good September .

I'm confident we'll see that and more, and some of us need it.

Does anyone know offhand what the current breakeven price is for those of us who sat round the table and dipped into our pockets to fend of the australians? (on those shares at least- i seem to recall they were 22p at the time). Melvyn (if you are atill reading)?
