14/9/2018 12:01 | Criseren & Harwood will have been watching and waiting for a while before committing. Criseren happy to pay in the 60p+ region for their stake. Harwood have swept up all the loose below that (for smaller stake).Should be back into the 60's soon enough now and then get some news to maintain upward momentum | mattjos
14/9/2018 11:53 | All interesting price action but essentially it’s meaningless froth unless it’s matched by improvement in trading - a meaningful jump in revenues - and a sustainable trading profit would be nice at some stage. | major courtenay
14/9/2018 11:28 | 52p Blimey, if it 4 bags from here I'll be even.....😂 | wynterwilde
14/9/2018 10:36 | Depends how many there are in float! ...Off like a racing snake! ...Haven't said that for a while either! | sojourno
14/9/2018 10:08 | Somebody must be selling! | dncleaver
14/9/2018 08:41 | No selling into the rise .. the stale bulls have pretty much been exhausted | mattjos
13/9/2018 19:50 | 1.1m shares traded last week (55m in old money). Highest weekly volume in history of company. volume usually a bigger 'tell' than any other indicator | mattjos
13/9/2018 19:41 | I would suggest that is exactly what it is | mattjos
13/9/2018 19:39 | Could almost be the largest Bullish Pennant the market has ever seen! | sojourno
13/9/2018 19:28 | whether you see it as simply too cheap or, that 'notice has been served' by presence of two recent II's, the price has been doing the talking recently. Irrespective of whether management welcome the new investors, they will have to up their game significantly from here onwards else, its very obvious what next steps will be. I believe they will remain in situ for the time being ... certainly until greater financial clarity emerges as to the iTrack business model and rate of adoption outside the off-highway sector. There are large markets here ripe for penetration & at least one commercially viable product with significant potential only just being tapped. Going to be a very, very interesting next 6-9 months here & off to a good start this month. Long term chart also interesting, pattern & volume: | mattjos
13/9/2018 16:59 | Blimey at this rate we will get back to where we were last year!!!!!!!! | monty68
13/9/2018 16:33 | Nice rise into the finish! There, I've said it. First time in about 11 years! | sojourno
13/9/2018 16:04 | I also hope that this sudden burst of buying activity has been partially caused by automatic trades trying to react to the movement of the markets before anyone else does. Obviously, with such a system in place and some traders not even bothering to check what this TRT thing is all about, I guess we could soon see the price stabilise around a figure that somebody who knows what he's doing thinks is a "fair" valuation .... whatever that is. | dncleaver
13/9/2018 15:09 | Expectations are high, the Board had better come up with something special pretty soon! | piggyinthemiddle
13/9/2018 14:47 | I just hope we all surrender in a nice orderly fashion .... Last one in, first one out type of approach! 😜 | dncleaver
13/9/2018 14:06 | Very interesting. However....as someone well under water here (join the club..?)I hope the moat proves to be a major obsticle in an agressive attack.... | wynterwilde
13/9/2018 13:55 | Judging by what is written there, I can't help thinking that we finally got "lucky" - especially when you bear in mind that Harwood seems to be a particularly choosy bunch! | dncleaver
13/9/2018 12:45 | A sale would be mindless under current circumstances. Those of us lurking behind the tumbleweed that know the true worth of TRT are quite prepared to shoo it away as before. Unless the price is far far higher than at the last consolidation. Multiples higher. I wonder how much he'll have to pay for that large enough position, he'll need a LOT and even then may not succeed; then the price will collapse again and he'd be screwed! It would be much better to buy complimentary assets than to sell and walk away. Have you considered that CM's and certain BoD members skills would be put to better use doing that, than just a fire sale?! Well managed growth is good and the dilution we've suffered can be fairly simply ameliorated with the right strategy. As an aside; I see IGE's notified strategy has been trumped by a Chinese investor, impacting value. | sojourno
12/9/2018 20:14 | The market cap was £6m when I bought and that was at about 67p in new money, then there was yet another discounted fundraising without any tangible progress to show for it. Trust me Chris Mills will push for a sale if he gets a large enough position, he won't be interested in yet more failure and fundraising after fundraising which all just disappears in short order. | arthur_lame_stocks
12/9/2018 19:54 | I appreciate that I have vacillated between bull and bear here for a considerable time but, I have never sold a single share. I've recently been adding ... have really been distracted over the last 3 years as I have been more interested in building some a big position in AAZ and more recently a starter position in STAR. However, I recently came back here after the last fall and caught up properly. did proper research etc. .. whichever way I looked at it, I concluded that below £5m mkt cap is simply too, too cheap ... believe me, I tried everything I could in my model to dissuade myself from that conclusion but, still reached same conclusion. £5m for this company is a bloody steal for a would-be acquirer. Just stupidly cheap. under £5m and I had too buy | mattjos
12/9/2018 19:11 | A_L_S... I hope not a sale. Mattjos's volte face is closer to the truth, which hasn't changed for a while and explains the tumbleweed around these here parts, on which point he's also right. Dare I say it the old adage "fill yer boots" springs to mind, somebody is after all. | sojourno
12/9/2018 19:09 | I very much doubt that. The carry forward tax losses are too great to be ignored so, the entity should continue in order to capitalise on that asset. The capital reorganisation also paved the way for the company to pay a dividend in the future. It's the SAAS type revenues from the iTrack business model that looks appealing & the opportunity on moving this from the large off-highway mining vehicle sector into commercial on-road vehicles.Where they need an assist is, imo, is on the sales side of the business & that is actually easier to do than the tech side. The iTrack system should be front & centre every mine in the world with large haul trucks & also in front of commercial vehicle operators .. of which there are huge numbers. Current management will now have to significantly up their game. Almost unnoticed this has dropped into the 'too cheap to ignore' category now | mattjos
12/9/2018 18:14 | Hopefully Chris Mills's involvement means we can soon look forward to a sale of the company and some sort of return on our investment. | arthur_lame_stocks |
