For a fund having 1.9 million in March to commit more than half of it`s cash reserves to a tiddler on Aim down to it`s last half million does suggest more than just support and averaging down-they must be expecting something big in the next few months.

There are some positives in the interim results statement hopefully news on progress will not be that far distant.

Maybe they see it the way I did, which is that the IP is probably worth more than the share price in a sale but they're giving the business a chance to succeed first?

I think they're just maintaining their holding whilst averaging down, at a discount; and supporting a Co they know will do ok. They're not acquiring a listing; and taking ten years to do it!

Criseren Accts showing as having £1.9m cash at end March 17.Their group of trading companies (Criseren LTD) show £3.1m profit for the reporting period.They are clearly competent at what they do so, I keep coming back to why they are increasing their stake here & seemingly now the sole provider of equity finance for Transense?There must be cheaper ways of acquiring a listing if that is their ultimate goal, in the event Transense fails & they simply want the shell.Transense IP seems to have zero commonality with other Criseren commercial activities.

Yes,they tell everyone they will be cashflow neutral going forward.
Eventually they may get it right!

Well,it was all smoke and mirrors at the time and unfortunately we all,including Bill Brown fell for it.
Maybe falling for it again,there seems to be nothing substantial emanating from Translogik despite optimistic noises from the directors over the last year or so but they must have sold a good argument to Criseren to get a million quid so let`s see over the next 6-9 months.

Mattjos... At least 8 years. Criseren is the Llewellyn family (&c) trust.
Here's a crossing 9% RNS from Nov '10. Their nominees Rock appeared well before that.


Amusingly their website used to state that TRT made hearing aids. Taking "listening to shareholders" a little too literally!!

Rather looks as if the company have raised the entire £1,000,000 from Criseren-2.5 million shares at 40p.

Bodes well but most of us can remember the days of Bill Brown and the Aim Trust and he got it horribly wrong!

However,it is a positive so I`m grateful for that.A good chance that something will come up in the next few months given the fact the directors have "only" raised a million.

Criseren have gone from zero to 10.3% in a little over a year now.Surely poses the questions: what are their intentions? & What do they see that most do not?

Well that was chunky. If my maths is right it’s over 1.5% of the company. So if it takes someone above 3, should be a formal notification.

Should not have been voted through at all. It's time to pull the plug and sell the ip so that at least shareholders get something back.

It won't be. We have just suffered a 25% dilution so they could carry on as before. Should not have been voted through without a change of leadership.

Let's hope revenue is still improving 96% or more as last reported. Anything less and the £900k or so net raised today won't last long
Maybe that means it is.
