27/6/2018 08:00 | For a fund having 1.9 million in March to commit more than half of it`s cash reserves to a tiddler on Aim down to it`s last half million does suggest more than just support and averaging down-they must be expecting something big in the next few months. | piggyinthemiddle
27/6/2018 07:46 | There are some positives in the interim results statement hopefully news on progress will not be that far distant. | drw1
27/6/2018 07:03 | Maybe they see it the way I did, which is that the IP is probably worth more than the share price in a sale but they're giving the business a chance to succeed first? | arthur_lame_stocks
26/6/2018 21:58 | I think they're just maintaining their holding whilst averaging down, at a discount; and supporting a Co they know will do ok. They're not acquiring a listing; and taking ten years to do it! Truly. | sojourno
26/6/2018 20:24 | Criseren Accts showing as having £1.9m cash at end March 17.Their group of trading companies (Criseren LTD) show £3.1m profit for the reporting period. They are clearly competent at what they do so, I keep coming back to why they are increasing their stake here & seemingly now the sole provider of equity finance for Transense? There must be cheaper ways of acquiring a listing if that is their ultimate goal, in the event Transense fails & they simply want the shell.Transense IP seems to have zero commonality with other Criseren commercial activities. | mattjos
26/6/2018 14:59 | Yes,they tell everyone they will be cashflow neutral going forward. Eventually they may get it right! | piggyinthemiddle
26/6/2018 14:38 | thats fair??????????????? Well even handed anyway | monty68
25/6/2018 22:12 | To be fair,they say that every year! | piggyinthemiddle
25/6/2018 19:27 | Maybe they told them they'd be cashflow neutral going forward like they did me 18 months ago. | arthur_lame_stocks
25/6/2018 18:56 | Well,it was all smoke and mirrors at the time and unfortunately we all, including Bill Brown fell for it. Maybe falling for it again, there seems to be nothing substantial emanating from Translogik despite optimistic noises from the directors over the last year or so but they must have sold a good argument to Criseren to get a million quid so let`s see over the next 6-9 months. | piggyinthemiddle
25/6/2018 18:41 | Piggy... Methinks Bill Brown kinda got it right, the old guard got it bombastically wrong! | sojourno
25/6/2018 12:20 | Mattjos... At least 8 years. Criseren is the Llewellyn family (&c) trust. Here's a crossing 9% RNS from Nov '10. Their nominees Rock appeared well before that. Amusingly their website used to state that TRT made hearing aids. Taking "listening to shareholders" a little too literally!! | sojourno
25/6/2018 11:22 | Rather looks as if the company have raised the entire £1,000,000 from Criseren-2.5 million shares at 40p. | piggyinthemiddle
25/6/2018 11:06 | Bodes well but most of us can remember the days of Bill Brown and the Aim Trust and he got it horribly wrong! However,it is a positive so I`m grateful for that.A good chance that something will come up in the next few months given the fact the directors have "only" raised a million. | piggyinthemiddle
25/6/2018 10:04 | Criseren have gone from zero to 10.3% in a little over a year now.Surely poses the questions: what are their intentions? & What do they see that most do not? | mattjos
25/6/2018 08:33 | Criseren increasing to 10% now, as I expected.Interesting dynamic now developing | mattjos
23/6/2018 03:57 | S. That might be a very good idea, put yourself forward. A fresh perspective. M.C. Probably the other side of trades earlier in the month as the price isn't current. | glavey
22/6/2018 10:35 | Glavey... Re: Leadership. Who and how much? I'd do it for nothing, at least to start with, but I'm not sure that's what you want!! | sojourno
22/6/2018 10:05 | Well that was chunky. If my maths is right it’s over 1.5% of the company. So if it takes someone above 3, should be a formal notification. | major courtenay
22/6/2018 08:02 | Should not have been voted through at all. It's time to pull the plug and sell the ip so that at least shareholders get something back. | arthur_lame_stocks
22/6/2018 04:43 | "Good the fund raise has now completed. Hopefully the next six months will prove more rewarding for shareholders." It won't be. We have just suffered a 25% dilution so they could carry on as before. Should not have been voted through without a change of leadership. | glavey
21/6/2018 17:23 | As opposed to the Directors!!!!!! | monty68
21/6/2018 17:01 | Good the fund raise has now completed. Hopefully the next six months will prove more rewarding for shareholders. | drw1
21/6/2018 16:32 | Let's hope revenue is still improving 96% or more as last reported. Anything less and the £900k or so net raised today won't last long Maybe that means it is. ¯\_(ツ)_/ | sojourno
21/6/2018 12:53 | Sorry not to make the meeting. Is anyone going, or are we all suffering from battle fatique. Updates would be great. | monty68 |
