I'd suspect the board is softening us all up for their biggest ever fund-raising - but presumably there has to be some seriously good news for them to get this one away ...

Thank you King1pin2... Certainly this is a first for the board and makes me wonder if we're entering new territory. On the other hand it may just be about the capital restructuring mentioned earlier.

Transense Technologies Plc (AIM: TRT), the provider of sensor systems for the transportation and industrial markets, will be announcing its full year results for the year ended 30 June 2016, on the 21 September 2016.

The management will be hosting a presentation for analysts on the day of results at 09:30am at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JJ. Analysts who wish to attend the presentation should register their interest with Heather Armstrong at [e-mail] or 020 3053 8671.

I wondered if posters are aware that they are also planning a presentation for small shareholders after the one for analysts subject to numbers.
This will be confirmed by RNS when its confirmed.
It would be nice to put together a few posters from this board to attend ??
This would be the first time they have held this type of event.

Looking ahead with an optomistic hat our expenses are much lower now following 'Intellsaw's' disposal.The Share prices of Miners have been rising for some time and this may well indicate an improvement in their fortunes that just might mean a better market for Itrack(the indications are its a good product)
Meanwhile the value of our core 'saw' technology is beginning to be revealed and we await the potential news of more licencee's and to learn the intentions of existing ones.
And of course there has been an improvement in probe sales.

I wonder when we`ll see the dizzy heights of 3p? Soon at this rate!
I`m assuming the management have something interesting to say if they`re inviting analysts to a meeting with a presentation.
Slightly different to pulling the wool over shareholders eyes. I`m going back to the Ray Lohr presentation about 10 years ago,still can`t believe we fell for it!

AFAIR Technically you have to clear accumulated losses before you can pay dividends however by the restructuring you get around this hurdle. It is a good thing : )
