Mattjos, looks as though my information source may have been somewhat misleading. For some reason it excluded two of their holdings, bizarre.

Let's wait on tomorrow's news (?) Directors are on performance related bonuses, so they're hardly going to want to see the share price down.

In my opinion though they aren't getting the balance right. Creating liquidity is one thing, but It's leading to underperformance and we will just end up with investors selling and moving elsewhere.

UFG have a big position here .. 25% or so. They are selling through Arden form what i can see but, they are being very sensible and merely providing liquidity and not depressing the price.I doubt they want completely out but, i believe they will continue selling into storing demand .. its an overhang but not an iceberg

There aren't any what i would call 'big' holders in TSG and nobody sells something that is destined to boom just for liquidity IMO.

The way gold is going, you'd think they'd be holding on. However, if it's over a long period of time to create more liquidity in major dealings, and its part of the policy agreed with TSG regardless of day to day changes, you can understand the rationale.

Morningstar has them as 3.3% or 2.87 million shares. Surely the company broker can find a willing buyer for them.

I seem to remember someone disclosing who the seller was on another board but I cannot for the life of me remember who it was. Been selling for a long time, a year at least, if the company know who it is then they need to sort it as its having a negative effect here.

Good future news issued at the time the quarterly might have been expected, but I'm holding for then, not the past.

It was quite well hidden tbh , amongst the other news. The staircase continues here ( snakes and ladders stile though !) . There does seem to be a balance between the seller and a buyer in big amounts. Why they can't just agree a price i don't know but i see it all the time in AIM stocks.news maybe tomorrow . i suspect not . I am not a fan of friday RNS's tbh , so monday will do fine for me provided it is good news!

Ah yes, thanks, don't know how I missed that on the RNS. Market's a bit touchy to say the least, better saying nothing at all and then surprise with an early.

I'm not sure paleje it's just that they said that results would be with us in mid july in a recent RNS.
