01/11/2019 19:43 | BlondyTell us what they should do.... | emptycup
01/11/2019 17:57 | Blondeamon is quite right. Why manufacturer in the uk. Especially when the company has presence in eastern europe. However, I wish you'd cheer up Blondeamon ;) | dc2
01/11/2019 17:42 | Let's hope not eh? Happy Friday, in any case :)) | knowbodyyouno
01/11/2019 16:13 | This business is not going to fail. Its just taking some time before the big deals start shipping. Once they do then they will complete the move to the bigger manufacturing facility to facilitate the larger volume and then they will start printing money. I'm fully loaded here and patiently waiting. I'll keep buying with any spare cash I have while the price is so low. | trakm8fan
01/11/2019 15:22 | Well, if you remember there was a big seller for a quite a period of time in the lead up to the last PW. Hindsight suggests they were in the know. However, I think it's boredom, the track record of this BOD and no news, more than anything else. | knowbodyyouno
01/11/2019 15:04 | A constant stream of selling at, what appears to be, low prices. Bored holders or in the know...... I am bored.....just not selling (would rather go down with the ship that to admit I was wrong) | dc2
30/10/2019 09:34 | "We are making significant progress on our strategic plan" From the AA RNS this morning. Hopefully this includes, smart breakdown etc... | knowbodyyouno
17/10/2019 19:49 | It's not unusual for them to do this. They don't RNS very much and they do put non-stories on the website. They are also focused on launching the other 3 out of the 4 "significant new insurance customers starting to deploy devices", so perhaps it's about getting costs down, these roll outs, and reducing costs. This should drive a modest double digit revenue growth and modest year end profit. That's not to say new business isn't important; it is. But I get the impression the focus is not so much on organic growth, but nurturing the deals they do have. Could be wrong and we could be in for a curtain close, but I remain optimistic that they can hit market expectations this year. Obviously, the AA roll out is important, but I don't share Blondeamon's view that it's the make or break of Trak. Seems they've 20m in revenue without the AA rollout. What's key is that they can reduce costs or move to a model when that revenue generates a decent percentage of profit. I can't see this going anywhere re share price until some decent numbers come in, if indeed they ever do. | knowbodyyouno
17/10/2019 15:31 | Re the 400 van contract. What is worrying about this is that Trakm8 have put it as news on their site suggesting not a lot else is happening and that 400 vans is news worthy. hxxps://www.trakm8.c | dc2
17/10/2019 09:40 | I think we'll see a savage cut in their manufacturing costs (complete removal) before a final demise. I still think that with reduced over heads they can tick along on recurring fees. Not that I know..... i.e. end of growth phase | dc2
16/10/2019 15:31 | hope so, I do find the silence both worrying (because there is no good news announced) and encouraging (because there is no bad news announced, lol). Let's hope they are getting on with it. | dc2
16/10/2019 14:55 | Let us hope they generated some leads... | knowbodyyouno
12/10/2019 00:10 | Volume is great but always comes at a price. Smaller fleets pay more, and don’t need onerous tenders. We need the AA to launch. It’s just such validation in a solid (global) market. People will want their Breakdown service to be “smart” sooner rather than later. Don’t think we will get back to the dizzy heights of yesteryear. But this can become a cash cow. If they don’t go to the wall in the meantime. | 40toolong
11/10/2019 14:49 | its a long road to recovery | shareguru1
11/10/2019 14:28 | ...and some selling. Going to take some positive numbers to move this needle, I think. | knowbodyyouno
11/10/2019 11:59 | Bit of buying today... | 40toolong
04/10/2019 12:29 | Well, I guess, going to the AGM and asking him that very question might have done it. Whether you would have got much of an answer I'm not sure. Presumably, someone that was there asked that or a very similar question. | knowbodyyouno
04/10/2019 10:59 | Jon Furber responded... "There is no AGM video to upload as we did not hold an Investor or Capital Markets day after the AGM as in prior years. Therefore the AGM was only the actual AGM itself which we have never videoed." Seems reasonable although I still feel JW should have explained how we got from the wild predictions about 1 million devices to the reality we were actually in. | dc2 |
