According to rightmove.com & Savills there are only 5 properties at Oakhurst Park Gardens still left for sale out of the 12 which were on the market. Plots 12, 5, 1, 2 & 9 are the only prorties now being advertised. I agree with vivgav's earlier comment that the Combe Bank Homes website shoud be updated regularly to show which properties are sold STC.

Agreed, for whatever reason the trafalgarhomes website has not been updated and according to rightmove.co.uk and Savills there are only a few plots remaining to be sold at Oakhurst Park Gardens.

I believe the website has not been updated. If the other Plots are not on the Savills website then its more than likely that they have been sold. It seems Savills has exclusive rights to sell TRAFs Home.

Enter 13/1513 in search box then select "view documents" and you can view .pdf copies of all submissions.

Have no idea when a decision on the application is likely though.

The website not updated mate. I checked on right move and Savills website. Only 12, 5, 1, 2 and 9 are listed. The others aren't. So theory is that those not listed have been sold.
