07/10/2013 10:34 | And 2015 a profit of £3m which implies a share price of 25p. | blueball
07/10/2013 10:32 | Nothing magical here, except that it is extremely undervalued! Currently priced on a p/e circa *15 on their last results (£0.5m net profit) which is low-ish or about right for the sector. Currently selling already funded and built properties expected to realise a profit by spring 2014 of £1.65m net. (ref. brokers analysis and chairman's statement at results and AGM) Using the same (rather low) p/e of * 15 implies that their valuation post 2014 results, will value the shares at circa 12 - 14p. | dwalton
07/10/2013 10:29 | 17.65% up this morning. | mortimer7
07/10/2013 10:25 | Maybe a sales update coming on oakhurst . Could be selling fast | cammy3

03/10/2013 18:16 | Can't hold it back for much longer. Market just trying to collect what it can before she pops | cammy3
03/10/2013 17:59 | That's because there are so few shares to be had. When it moves up, it is likely to "pop" rather than make steady progress. Only 42m in "free float" with chairman holding the remaining 81.7%. | dwalton
03/10/2013 16:48 | They are very good at that dwalton, we have seen this so many times over the last 3 months! | doodlebug4
03/10/2013 16:22 | aaaaaaand........... An effective ploy by MM's to stop purchases of additional shares (in this very illiquid stock)..... open the spread to 21%+ | dwalton
03/10/2013 14:25 | Last 3 buys all at 4.63p in the last hour. | mortimer7
03/10/2013 13:10 | Bp - agreed and with a few more property sales, we may see the rating back in line with some of their peers.........GL S | swizz
03/10/2013 13:03 | This year could see around £3.5 million profit for TRAF. They are very lowly rated. Need to convince the mkt of growing profitability over the next few years though. Below 4p was cheap and I added a few as I am sure others have. | barnetpeter
03/10/2013 12:34 | Another open day at Oakhurst Park Gardens on 19th October. 10 plots left for sale at an average price of approximately £585,000. | doodlebug4
03/10/2013 12:04 | not bad. 1 sale= 1/20th of the market cap. | ryan83

29/9/2013 07:22 | I think all new house builders could see there new home sales surge on the back of this news | cammy3 |
