Cheers vivgav - Good read and just further underlines the potential within the sector, especially with companies like Traf, who are well and truly of the radar of the wider investment community, as nw99 details if you are so inclined buy the dips and lock them away for a year or two, IMHO this could become something very special over the next few years.........GL S

nw99 - Good call ref consolidation in the sector,

It has certainly happened before and whilst the sector is still pre any major boom and values are at a low point, no reason why TRAF would not be on the shopping list,

A few more outline planning consents on their land bank would not do any harm and I understand a few are imminent.......GL S

But blueball, that depends on a number of outstanding planning applications being passed favourably (notably Staplehurst), and a continuation of favourable site acquisitions.

2014 results are effectively "done and dusted".
