13/1/2021 09:31 | Not sure if that many have picked up on these two Director buys. | parob
12/1/2021 18:51 | Was in here for the Akers involvement - but could get interesting again..
But let’s face it, the Directors’ buys is very small beer - probably designed to pump up the price pre-fundraiser or warrant conversion.
If for warrant conversion, then I expect to see another few small director buys to push it up to 2p | pennyfalls
12/1/2021 18:25 | Group FD also been buying shares. Interesting!Director's DealingTrafalgar (AIM: TRAF), the AIM quoted residential property developer operating in southeast England, has been advised that, on 12 January 2021, Gary Thorneycroft, Group Financial Director of the Company, acquired 600,000 shares of the Company's issued share capital. | parob
12/1/2021 15:03 | Trawling back through TRAF history, Chris Akers was a large shareholder and was pumping it on Twitter and preparing the company for a RTO, then suddenly CA sold out and was hauled over the coals on Twitter, his response was "he tried to get someone on the board and was stopped by the directors", the share price then dropped to year low, so I can only assume a new RTO is on the table or in the pipeline ?? | investorgeek1
12/1/2021 12:39 | starting to move expect to move higher throughout today, something brewing. Directors buying in open market. £750k warrants at 2p =£1.5 million for company on conversion. Lots of incentive to get above. This minnow is going to move fast. | iamthebest
12/1/2021 12:31 | Looks good lots of warrants at 2p Directors incentive to get above.
Directors buying in open market now looks ready to pop. | iamthebest
12/1/2021 12:15 | I'm in for a punt. Can't imagine the Director would be willing to throw almost £8K down the drain.Chart has bottomed so hopefully a good time to jump in. Perhaps we'll get some news soon. | parob
12/1/2021 11:51 | TRAF CEO, Paul Treadaway has just bought 1 million shares !!! | investorgeek1
10/12/2020 12:38 | 10 for 1 share consolidation is ridiculous......so assuming all othe things equal the new share price still less than 1p!!!
100 for 1 or even 1,000 for 1 makes much better sense | jaf111
25/11/2020 23:00 | @Mcrudden TRAF just raised money using funny paper. The biz remains on its knees and sinking. Management led by Treadaway has no credibility.
C Johnston has TRAF by the scruff with his outstanding loan
Dubois is an accountant and no lightweight either. Guy was director of Swarovski for 19 years, and was also director of the RAC when it demutalised and offloaded its roadside biz to Lex, so knows a thing or two about building a brand and making things happen....Hasn't appeared to help TRAF tho.
I guess this new accountant will possibly salary what's left in the pot before doing an Akers.
Here's a jk. How many accountants does it take for TRAF to be successful....?
They'll be another PnD starting here in a few. Sadly for the pumpers the returns appear to be getting thinner each cycle...guess the MMs are keeping the spread wide nowadays | grlz
25/11/2020 22:07 | Lol you don't think Gary can be trusted to water your plants then. He holds the purse strings now and oozes experience, today was an opportunity as all the Akers fans left the building. Some sold but many snapped up these today .......in addition to being co-founder and CFO of Jones Food Company Limited, who own and operate the largest vertical farm in Europe. Gary structured, modelled, and ran the initial investment round prior to the business exit to Ocado in 2019. | mcrudden
25/11/2020 19:33 | Oh dear, share price will probably start falling down the stairs until it hits £500K MK so the whole dump 'n dump cycle can start over.
Reasons to steer clear:
1. TRAFs housebuilding division has never built up any momentum - I doubt it will.
2. No in-house expertise, or direct building capability. Wholly reliant upon employing contractors, who appear to fail half way thru causing budgets + schedules to soar so TRAF ends up losing money year in, year out!!
3. Retirement biz - Goes from one blunder to another. Lost deposits on options because it cannot raise finance from even 'non-staus' lenders.
4. Repayment of Johnston's loan looms large. Johnston isn't getting any younger, at some point the extensions will stop and repayment will need to be made.
5. Realistically TRAFs Help to Buy facility is obsolete end of January. Management have never performed strongly to compensate.
6. Hydroponics - I wouldn't trust these guys to water my plants if I went on a weekend break! | grlz
25/11/2020 15:47 | Lower prices again | zxie
25/11/2020 10:36 | Akers heyLol | justtrying1
25/11/2020 09:19 | Ackers sold his share hence drop will clear then this will move up bod appointed new guy whos expertise is turning companies around let see what happens certainly a buying opp here | mally6
25/11/2020 08:49 | Good news new chap here maybe can turn this around why the drop should have gone the other way | mally6
25/11/2020 08:48 | Akers they shoutedAkers is on boardTops and his gang were nicely bent over Avoid ccap also Avoid dkeAvoid msmnAvoid tom | justtrying1
24/11/2020 21:25 | Disappointing that CA has left the building but this share has now become interesting after today’s appointment. That looks like one top notch appointment, so maybe this might come good anyway.
But - share consolidation on the cards and large fundraiser I would presume though. | pennyfalls
24/11/2020 19:57 | TRAF may well do better without him - this guy who's come on board today has real pedigree - so let's give them a chance and see what they have got lined up. | 2prsimo
24/11/2020 19:09 | Well he's made me look like a right plank hasn't he - thankyou very much Christopher - I hope Kings Lynn Town and Leeds United get relegated. | 2prsimo
24/11/2020 18:06 | He's done what he did at SNT. Lie on Twitter and sold out for a measly profit. Typical dodgy spiv | shortcpx
24/11/2020 15:17 | Yes but this one has Christopher aswell | 2prsimo
