This should sink the share price for another period of time. Nice bit of uncertainty left in at the end for future outlook. No doubt SAG will be along to the rescue soon enough with a miserly offer

Wiped out by very simple and very bad decisions to offer fixed prices when wages and materials all going up plus complexity of systems. This is when sales teams run ahead and get their bonuses leaving engineering to pick up the piecesSuch poor management

Overall - Sapienza was a bit of a fluster cluck. The MD and major shareholder, Andrea Bennetti, did the offski pretty sharpish along with the other major shareholders.

Took the money and ran

When you say "space" - are you referring to The Big Yellow Self Storage type "space".

Or, by chance, are you referring to the recruitment company, Sapienza, that was making a profit of approx £0.5M per annum.

Lift ABV was written off prior to the new BoD.

Hindsight would seem to support the fact that Sapienza was a poor purchase and well overpaid for - in fact several on here pointed out at the time that they were but a recruitment company (one person in particular was very vocal in pooh-pooing that notion - in between fell running and golf with FTSE 100 execs)

Thanks, I would take shares in SAG now for a bit more stability, at a good price.

Timo, without looking back, when was the last time TPG issued a RNS for a contract win?How many times has Ratcliffe highlighted problems at TPG in his RNS's?Not a chance that the final offer will be anyway over 3p.

Price to creep up for a few weeks as a few positions close. A half decent set of results to slip out in a month and the legacy issues quietly resolved. Low ball bid for the rest of the company to follow straight after

SAG are not including any losses from TPG for this period (H1)- assume they are "not considered material"
